The Mortgage Brain Anmeldelser

I’m really pleased with the service I received from Mortgage Brain. After struggling with another mortgage company, they stepped in and made the whole process so much smoother. They worked hard to find me the right mortgage and helped me secure my dream home. The team was professional, supportive, and always kept me updated throughout. I truly appreciate their dedication and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable mortgage broker.

Lee at The Mortgage Brain was fantastic — professional, caring, and nothing was ever too much trouble. Thank you!

Jake was brilliant! For a first time buyer, he explained everything in layman’s terms and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Even when Jake was on holiday, there was someone in his absence to help. Highly recommend

I had the pleasure of having Foyez Ali as my mortgage advisor, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service he provided. From start to finish, Foyez was incredibly helpful, approachable, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure everything was clear and straightforward.

Louise Onn has been fantastic - very responsive, knowledgable, especially patient in guiding us through the process as first time buyers. I would highly recommend the company and Louise.

My partner & I would highly recommend the Mortgage Brain, in particular Jake Juster who has just helped us with our mortgage process.
We have moved three times now and have used a different advisor every time, we would be sure to track Jake down for any future moves - he’s that good!

Anthony and the team have been really helpful with getting our mortgage offer. Very knowledgable and answered all questions we had. This our the second time using the mortgage brain.

The Mortgage brain through one member of the team Kirstie David!! made it a point of duty to ensure we buy our new house smoothly..

All thanks to this amazing team we are moving to our new home!!!

I had the most stressful time with this mortgage journey but I cannot thank Jake J enough for his help during this, he was absolutely amazing. My situation wasn’t an easy one but Jake made it all happen. I’ll 1000% be back in contact with Jake in the future as this wouldn’t have happened if it wasn’t for him. Thanks so much Jake, forever grateful.

A great big thank you to Anthony who was very helpful and knowledgeable of the current mortgage products on the market, who selected a perfect product for our needs. Anthony was very professional and was extra helpful with obtaining some important documents from our estate agent which speed up the application process. Thank you A* service

Rhodri is very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped out with various changes throughout the mortgage application including two job changes to a successful completion. Highly recommended.

I’d like to say thank you for the amazing experience we had from the mortgage brain in our home buying journey!
It was made more stressful from solicitors and stuff throughout, yet Anthony and Ian couldn’t have done any more to help us out from beginning to end and went above and beyond. Ian even called me out of hours and after we’d completed to check in, both of these and the reassurance each call gave meant so much.
Kulvi was a brilliant help to us and got us all set up and ready to go!
We’ve been in our new home now for just over a month and we feel so grateful to be here. I’d recommend the mortgage brain to anybody!
In addition Jack and Keith from an insurance perspective as well were fantastic, having further discussions with us around our protection needs and options available and really helped us getting the right policies for us.

A big thank you to Alex and the team at The Mortgage Brain. From taking time to listen to our circumstances and what was important to us and then keeping us updated through the process in a friendly but informative way. We got products that are equivalent, if not better, than what we had for much reduced monthly payments. Highly recommended!

The journey to getting our mortgage was not as straight forward and easy as we had hoped, however, this was no fault of Jake. He worked so hard to support us and took the time to really carefully go through everything which is where he found we had an unexpected error that was holding us back! If he hadn’t done this, we would not be currently celebrating getting our mortgage offer through! Absolutely fantastic and can not recommend highly enough! If we ever move again in the future, he would be our first choice without question!

Our experience has been brilliant from start to finish! Our process wasn’t easy or straightforward but Anthony ensured that we understood each step and has offered excellent advice along the way. We couldn’t have done it without him!

We received a hands on approach from a dedicated advisor. It was invaluable to have Anthony’s support and minimised any potential stress/worries knowing that an expert was handling such an important application with due care. I’d definitely recommend this service.
