They did great at selling the products especially give us selection of what we want to add and make of the products we buy like adding weathering, renumbering, renaming, cab figures, real coal, detail parts, etc. They did an amazing job for that. I’m glad to order products from their website.

Dispatched and delivered quickly. But please increase the font size on your newsletters, it is almost impossible to read for those of us who do not have access to an ipad or mobile phone. Otherwise I would have given it 5 stars.

I have found TMC friendly and helpful. They have always met my requirements and the work that they undertake is of a high standard. Communication by email is good and advice given useful. In my experience the prices have reflected the quality of the products sold and the nature of the work undertaken.

I purchased an IXO kit and discovered a missing part. I contacted TMC 4 weeks ago to be told they would chase it with the supplier. A week later, after no update I contacted TMC again to receive a virtually identical response to the last. Nearly 4 weeks now and no update and no replacement part. IXO are usually good with replacements so I don’t accept the delay by TMC. I’ve had cause to request missing parts before, via a different retailer, and I received parts within less than a week. Don’t be taken in by TMC as their after-sales support is clearly non-existent. I now find myself in a position where I have to seek resolution through my card provider.
