No delivery, no communication
I would avoid this company. The good reviews on their website are probably fake and written by a freelance writer. Like the other two reviewers before me, I have a problem with getting a reply from that company. I have been waiting for an order for over a week. I told my postie what they charged me for delivery, and he told me what this cost corresponds to. Which is a tracked service and should in no case take that long. So either they charged me for a service they did not use (I never received tracking information) or the parcel was lost (which we could check if there was tracking information). I had to involve Paypal because they company did not reply. But Paypal is giving them until August 8th (!!!!) to reply. So AVOID if you value your time and money.

OK Products, Bad Service
I used this company since it looks like they are selling Irish Cream coffee beans which is not very easy to find and the reviews on their website was quite good. First issue, estimated delivery date for my order was 06.01 and I tried to reach them on the evening of 07.01 by email. Since I couldn't get any response to that email, I tried to call them on 08.01 afternoon but unfortunately no response and the tape on the phone advised me to fill their contact form on their website for the fastest service. I filled that form too but again noone either called or sent an email about that still (13.01). By the way I received the order on 09.01 finally. Products are OK, not to the level I was expected but it is clear that basically you cannot reach anyone from this company. Not sure if I will ever use them again.
Edit: It is funny to receive a reply from here without getting any response to emails and contact forms. Anyway, I didn't tell anything different from what they write so you can understand the approach and judge yourself.

We refer you to the delivery option you chose when placing your order which clearly states that your order was to be 'dispatched' on the 5th January via the standard delivery option you selected and not 'delivered' on that date. This was stated on both the checkout and your order confirmation. The 5th of January was our first day back after the Christmas break and it was all hands on deck to meet our agreed dispatch date, which we did. Feedback is always welcome to help us improve our service.
