Ordered from The Journal Shop a couple of times now, my orders arrived well packed and as expected on both occasions. Appreciated the friendly customer service on my last order, the lady on the phone went above and beyond to ensure my order was sent out by next day delivery even though I missed the cut off. Would recommend.

Amazing Black Friday deals, customer support was helpful when I had to return an item even though I had used it, they took it back without any fuss. Would recommend to anyone who enjoys using nice stationery especially from Japan and Korea.

Amazing product selection, I have found some real gems on this site over the years. Customer service has always been professional, friendly and responsive. I get my Hobonichi here every year.

I ordered a 24,95€ notebook, a small one (A5), payed 20€ for the shipment thinking that duties are included since it's a 20€ shipment of a small notebook. And now I'm asked to pay 27,75 in duties. And the solution was..."we understand your frustration, and we are sorry" Nothin in terms & condition mention shipment to Europe.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! Never ever buy anything from this shop. Because god forbid you need to refund or return an item! I’ve been waiting a month and they keep saying sorry our warehouse is busier than usual. The customer service rep is lovely but this is just unacceptable. On top of that if you want to return an item you have to pay for the postage yourself and I’ve been waiting so long for a refund that the tracking number is no longer valid!

Ordered here twice already and positive experience so far. They're well packed and delivery was quick. I love the planners here, something you can't get in most stationery shops here in the UK.

I have had nothing but positive experiences shopping here. I just ordered something late as a gift and when I emailed to ask if they could prioritise it they were straight back to me with a promise to get it in the post today with two day delivery at no extra charge. They have a great range of products and there is the joy of dealing with real, named people and an independent business instead of one of those massive online e-commerce shops where no one cares.

Made an order and got delivered the wrong items. Reached out to customer service who said they'd investigate the issue but complete radio silence since then. Pretty disappointing because I'd heard good things.
