Great and speedy service

Item is ok but having to wait for stuff not in stock is a pain

I was able to buy all of the products I was looking for; the stock variety is great. I realised I had ordered the wrong number of one item and rang back, and the customer service was faultless. They sent me the required item immediately and didn't charge me postage. An excellent experience!

Do not trust this is a scam company. I had an email saying the sockets that were in stock when ordering are now not in stock and to reply to the email with option choice. I replied to the email and it bounced back as undelivered, I completed an online contact form which did not work and messaged in social media with no reply. Obviously a scam with no way of contacting them. I am now having to reclaim through the bank. Avoid!!

The switches arrived very promptly and look fab. We then received a phone call a couple of days later to make sure the items had arrived and that we were pleased with them. Would definitely recommend .

Ordered a light switch which from all intents and purposes appeared to be in stock. A couple of days later I received an email saying delivery was delayed until the following month! As this wasn't suitable I requested a refund and was completely ignored. Thankfully Paypal recovered my funds. I wouldn't trust this company again.

I had ordered a few switches and sockets from The Internet Electrical Store. The items were delivered a couple of days after placing the order.

Upon fitting them, I discovered a fault with one socket. I called the sales team, who gave me the email address of the warehouse team.

I emailed this team on Monday/10/3/2025, and included a couple of photos of the faulty item. I promptly received a reply from a lad called Christopher. With a no fuss offer of a replacement. Today, I received the promised replacement. Great service.

We bought some sockets and light switches a few years ago and decided to do the rest this week. They were here within 3 days. great products, and they look stylish.

I have bought several Trendi Piano Black Switches & Sockets. Wanted to buy more as they are so stylish with the chrome on the black. Delivery arrived promptly. I am very satisfied.

Absolutely love these modern switches, my sister first purchased these for her house when she was renovating I loved them so much I bought them as well. Excellent quality and very fast service I will be purchasing more in the future as I continue my home renovation. Thank you

Very helpful aftercare service and I received a phone call to explain how I needed to proceed to order the part I needed to make the lampshade work effectively. Although the advice I received was excellent the next stage of the order process wasn’t as the postage proved to be the same price as the part making this lampshade an expensive purchase and unfortunately there was an issue with the delivery experience as it was very long and although the support team responded to emails there was considerable confusion about what was delayed. Eventually we got there and as the package was lost in Royal Mail’s system another one was ordered which arrived after a couple of days ……thankfully all ended well and the support I received helped.

The long rocker arms on the switches break far to easily. I contacted the company who informed me that they no longer manufacturer the switches with the long rocker arm; the reason for that is obvious and the only option was to buy new switches with the shorter rocker arm. This issue was obviously a design fault and I would have thought the company should have stocks of the long rocker arms for replacement. Obviously to much to expect.

Their site listed various Trendiswitches as 'in stock', but they actually weren't, 1 month later I ask them where my stuff is and THEN they tell me it's expected mid August. Last week I get in touch to say it's 3 weeks into August, where is the stuff? They reply that they will look into it and get back to me. A week after that, still heard nothing.

I have added some stars for the time being as they have apologised as of yesterday and promised to make things right. Thank you to the Warehouse department for reaching out!

Bought an item on 19/7/24, and at 17.32 hrs the same day, I phoned to cancel the order and left a vm to that effect. On 8/8/24 not having received a refund, I chased the refund. The goods were however, then posted out to me that day (on 8/8) and delivered to me on 10/8/24, nearly a month after I cancelled the order. I then called and spoke to a man who was extremely rude to the point that he dropped the phone on me because I said I would raise the matter via my card issuer, which I did and was refunded immediately. Awful store; awful service; extremely rude personnel - if he didn't want to take the call, why did he pick up?! I'd rate my experience at -100* if I could!

Definitely DO NOT use this company. I placed an order on 04/03/24. After allowing sufficient time for delivery, I emailed to report non-receipt. I was told that they would send duplicate order and if, in the meantime, I received the first order to return it. Unfortunately I didn't receive anything. I emailed for the 3rd time asking for a refund and was told this would be forthcoming. Guess what - no refund. Fortunately my credit card provider has refunded my account on 19/04/24. I agree with previous 1 star comments. My actual star rating for this company is NIL.

I spend over a £1,000 on their light switches and sockets. I liked the aesthetically good looks of their products. There it ends!!!. The on/ off switches started to snap off after two years of use. This , in my opinion is not good enough. I have bought light switches at a third of the price which lasted over 10 years. I e-mailed the company and complained ,on numerous occasions, but I have had absolutely no response. DO NOT BUY, from them as you will live to regret it….I certainly have!, I have already replaced 15 faulty units and counting. BAD,BAD COMPANY.

Cancelled my order 2nd Jan got email confirm have sent 3 emails no refund wondering how long it will be

My experience has been terrible. Items out of stock that were not shown as out of stock, Fedex delivery more than 3 weeks and can't get any answers quickly, a refund still pending after weeks of back and forth. Customer service not responding to emails, and nobody answering the phone. There is a lot that can be improved.
