The Hertford Car Company Ltd Anmeldelser

From my first call enquiring about the vehicle I was interested in, to scheduling an appointment to look round the car and test drive, all interactions were highly professional, friendly and informative.
There was no sales pressure.
They offered a generous p/x helping secure the deal and I left a very content customer, who would happily recommend a visit to The Hertford Car Company. I am now the proud owner of a very nice, well equipped Land Rover Discovery Sport.
Thank you, was a pleasure doing business with you.

Nick from the Hertford Car Company recently purchased my Volvo XC90 T8 and I can’t speak more highly of him and the service provided. Nick is an expert in what he does, highly professional, honest, fair and provides a trusted service and is a really nice, friendly, decent and knowledgeable guy as well. Thank you Nick for your help - highly rated and recommended!

Ray and all of the team were fantastic when it came to me to purchase my car ! I recently purchased a BMW X5 from The Hertfordshire Car Company, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience. The entire purchasing process was smooth, straightforward, and stress-free from start to finish.

The team was professional, helpful, and polite throughout, answering all my questions and making everything easy. I would highly recommend The Hertfordshire Car Company to anyone looking for a quality vehicle and excellent customer service.

Outstanding Customer Services, Great Professionalism and Care would always take me back to The Hertford Car Company. Michael especially and his team are incredible, always smiling and always focused in providing that 7 Star experience. A-CLASS A 180 AMG Line Executive, Luxury Car Reseller! Thank You Michael!

I just bought a car from The Hertford Car Company. It developed a warning message soon after that needed expert attention. Their response? "Whatever it is we'll fix it and it won't cost you a penny". And that's what happened. Faults will always occur and the only thing that helps is a response like that. I'll buy my next car there.

Great experience easy purchase experience straightforward process and made up with the car. No pressure from the guys very friendly

Had a 2hr drive to get there, vehicle was ready to be looked over when I arrived, they give you the keys, took it out for a spin, seemed to be no pressure selling(towards me anyway)bought the car. Happy Days. No problems at all, pleasure to buy from, give em a go. Thanks 👍

Great company, very helpful with any questions and will go above and beyond to make the buying process as easy as possible.

I have never had such a good experience with a car sales. The whole process was so easy. The car was delivered to me within days at a very reasonable cost. The communication before, during and after was excellent.

Bought our new car today , it was the best experience we have ever had when buying a new car, so relaxed and very helpful, in and out within 2 hours , no stress or anxiety, the team were amazing, definitely buy from them again 😊

Great customer service, a brilliant but relaxed approach to sales, not at all pushy, but helpful when you need it. We're delighted with the car and the whole experience great.

I have revised this review as having taken the vehicle into Tesla I now faced with a huge bill. I have raised this in a reasonable manner and in the 1st instance received an aggressive phone call back from Westley of which was not really the way to conduct a call in any manner.
the issue was the car was meant to have been inspected before delivery. but the fault list is as follows.

1x Key malfunctioning (even though I pointed this out prior to collection !)

3x seat belts have intermittent faults
front brakes discs and pads scored and worn... mmm a bit of a safety issue here.

4 x rear lights heavily condensating ... I accepted responsibility for 1 but not all 4 this is simply too much.

Front Frunk / bonnet release not working.

so far all they have done is deny responsibility blaming me or the MOT garage for invoicing me a few days late or Tesla for the "you know how bad Tesla's build quality is" i.e. bad workmanship and poor quality build.

I would hazard a guess that this business is a one time purchase company that places very little value on recommendations or repeat clientele.

If you are looking to buy a nice safe reliable car then for me I would avoid them as their after sales really is poor.

if only they took some ownership of their failings this review could have been very positive as it originally was until the true picture arose so glad I do not run my businesses in this way.

epic fail guys shame on you for the very poor quality you deliver.

Great company with excellent staff. Very friendly and great communication. Pleasure to use the company, highly recommend

Very pleasant and efficient
Easy to find.
Very helpful

Great experience with this company. I dealt with Wes who showed a great product knowledge and fantastic customer service. He went into great detail to make sure I was happy at every step of the sale. Would recommend this company!

Has been looking for a while, spoken to lots of dealers ….found The Hertford Car Company online (appt only) they offer fixed price sales but are competitively priced
Went to see a Porsche Macan, they said we have a Low Mileage Cayenne with £20,000 extras …but dirty & unprepared as it had just come into them.
I bought it ! The guys were super helpful not pushy and very easy to deal with. Highly recommend them 👍. Ian Puddick

Amazing service from all the staff, customers service and support, great car I bought ,what most would I say,but I respect and appreciate your hard work,11/10 ,I recommend this company

Great Pre-Sales but unfortunate onsite.
Before arriving on-site, I spoke to two people who went through the car I was inquiring about. The salesperson on the phone valued my car, gave a pre-value, spoke about finance and arranged a viewing time.
When I arrived on site, the car was not ready, they washed the car in front of me because I was 15 - 20 minutes early. Upon inspection, I noticed the driving wing mirror enclosure was damaged, actually broken and hanging out the grip closure, there was inadequate water in the coolant, below minimum and the battery wasn't even charged to test out the electric motor. So my 1hr 20mins journey was wasted. I spoke to one of the sales team colleagues, he tried to squeeze in the wing mirror, didn't even know about the electric mode on the car and told me there was no battery charge on the car, then said the water coolant was okay.
Waste of time, was not helping me at all and didn't seem bothered about the issues on the car.
Unfortunate not a great experience, so i sent a polite email declining my interest in purchasing the car and asked for a refund on my reservation.

Amazing service from Wes and Ray!

They helped me sort out my finance and I was able to drive away on the same day. All around great experience from a professional team.
