I had to wait quite a few months for them to get the fabric in stock but once the bed was delivered it was well worth the wait! Stunning bed and amazing quality.
Staff are very helpful and have fast response times. Would highly recommend

Great footstool - was a delay due to the fabric I wanted not be available - but was kept well informed and offered other options (but I chose to keep my fabric). Good delivery.

I would have given this a 5 star rating, however because of the delivery time I am giving it a 4...
The headboard is absolutely gorgeous and I am totally in love with it. The quality and look is amazing. I was contacted about the delay in delivery which was good however i was not given a specific date or offered anything as way of compensation. I am however absolutely delighted with my headboard now that I have it and it’s made such a difference to my room.

Purchased a custom footstool covered with material supplied by myself. I was very happy with the quality and design of the footstool, and impressed by the speed of the service. I’ve been looking for the right thing for years, it is beautifully made, exactly the right size, perfect quality, great materials and frankly much better value than other ones I nearly bought. The service was speedy, both getting samples and the actual footstool. Really recommend this company.

Good quality product, well packaged and promptly delivered. Absolutely zero indication of how to fit to the bed. Clearly the supports are meant to slot down over the bolts in some way but, at least on this bed, don't really work. It's sort of attached and propped and shoved against the wall and doing the job. Looks great, is very comfortable, substantial and high end finish. Have bought before and will again. N.B. We are generally practical people!

Received an absolutely beautiful headboard, exactly what I wanted! I was impressed to receive a swatch of material after placing my order, to double check it was as expected. Could've communicated a bit more through the process, but no big deal.
Delivery was smooth, was contacted in advance and it was easy to arrange. The driver did arrive quite early (6.40am!), but at least there was no waiting around.
Overall positive experience and quality product (you get what you pay for).

Really positive experience, from choosing to ordering, delivery and assembly. Absolutely thrilled with my new bed, made to my measurements so it first perfectly and looks fantastic.

Just took delivery of two velvet upholstered 4ft double beds, linked and with a matching 8ft wall mounted headboard. It looks absolutely stunning. The service I received was excellent and the finished product is of a high quality. I would highly recommend this company.

We have just received our king sized headboard, it’s grey with Swarovski buttoning, it looks absolutely fabulous. I would highly recommend this company to anyone thinking of buying a high quality headboard, it’s not cheap but you only get what you pay for and this is the Rolls Royce of headboard manufactures. The quality of every part of the bed is exceptional, it's extremely comfortable and looks great!

The real surprise was the amazing customer service I received from my initial enquiry to the final delivery and assembly, a very rare thing nowadays!

Had searched for sometime for the bed I was looking for as I had a very specific idea. Still did not see it initially when looking at The Headboard Workshop web page; however a telephone call later and I was sorted - they completely understood my requirements and what I was looking to achieve. Bed arrived and is absolutely beautiful. Great quality. Great service. Thank you.

We recently received our headboard. Our bed is an odd size as it came over from the US. It is very tall, etc. The people at Headboard Workshop were very helpful via email. They were very responsive, and helped us sort out the right size, how to get the height correct, etc. They also had very good fabric options and were happy to send samples to review. When it arrived, we had it installed (ours was wall mounted). It was very easy to do. Really, there is not much more we could ask for. Well done.
