After 10 pm there are no staff, that has left weirdos acting weird, Off late there are two boys acting weird around girls. They both are loud too. There should be some sort of cover / check weirdos like these. Atleast sign board regarding behaviours.
Note : this comment is from a parent who uses this gym accompanied by daughter.

Friendly staff, great range of equipment, very welcoming environment. Good for beginners

Really am falling out of love with this gym, for a few reasons....

Im sick to death of going in and picking up other members weights left on racks, bars and even the middle of the floor. Not the gyms fault but it doesnt appear theyre doing anything to stop members doing it.

Its dirty! Havent seen the early morning cleaner for a while and its evident.... Food wrappers, empty crumpled bottles, even used tissue paper left all around, on the floors etc. even seen discarded towels here and there. Its bad enough i have to tidy up after the husband at home, its not my job to do it at the gym too.

The staff seem to care more about their online presence. Filming at busy times, not asking people if theyre happy to be in the background, not giving a damn if you are using a space that they want to use for filming, and im not just talking a phone on a tripod, im talking one staff member infront of an actual camera, while another films them. What a waste of staff resources!

The app is never right with regards to the amount of people in the gym which would suggest people are sharing their IDs. Again, the gym doesnt appear to be doing anything about this. There's also plenty of kids under the age of 16 too so there are no proper ID checks when people register.

If it wasnt for the fact im a 4am girl, and the only other 24 hour gym is almost triple the price, im not sure I would remain a member to be honest.

Amazing Gym, Classes, and Staffs.

The only downfall to this gym is the significant lack of basic hygiene standards. I have read responses from the gym group to similar reviews regarding saving papers and what not as well as staffs cleaning the gym.

Cleaning the gym and equipment once a day (which i doubt even happens daily and as thorough as I have my reasons and evidences), for a gym with round the clock traffic, that level of cleaning falls well below acceptable hygiene standards.

If reducing paper waste is the goal, reusable towels could easily replace paper towels and still support environmental efforts. But sustainability should never come at the expense of members’ health and cleanliness. At the very least, there should be readily available disinfectant sprays and hand sanitising stations throughout the facility.

This is a good gym with a friendly staff, but my three-star rating is based on a significant lack of basic hygiene standards. It's truly disappointing to see equipment left soaking in other people's sweat. Where is the common courtesy—and where are the standards?

During the pandemic, we were all forced to clean up after ourselves, with the threat of being kicked out if we didn't. Why did that sense of communal responsibility suddenly vanish? It seems the gym no longer cares about its members' health or a clean workout environment, especially when membership costs keep rapidly increasing while essential standards are ignored.

It's an absolute necessity for you to provide disinfectant spray and paper towels. It would cost a trivial amount to make a bulk order, but it would show members you value their well-being and respect their right to a clean and safe space. If you want to retain members and attract new ones, this is a non-negotiable step.

Paulina was so lovely and kind to me when I suddenly felt very ill and faint. She sat with me whilst I came back around, gave me some good advice and overall just showed empathy when I was in a very vulnerable position. Thank you again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

My review is a mixed one:
1. The staff members were lovely , the gym clean and inclusiv 4* star, good machines and free weights
2. I give only 1* for this: The Gym Group debited me the wrong monthly membership fee. I haven't been informend about it . Once I saw it on my bank account , I did a refund request under the direct debit guarantee which according their terms cancelled my membership immediatly! I contacted the billing team the same day and I wanted to pay the July via phone but it was not possible they said. I was told it doesn't work like this (?). There was emails back and forward but my membership, as loyal client , has been cancelled and not re-instated. It was not my error , the gym group debited the wrong membership amount and instead helping to re-instate my membership I was told to do it online eg to join again or call the billing team which I did but they said they can't re-instate the membership .

I've left after a year of being a member. The main thing you'll need to get used to if you sign up is that this is a no-frills setup and NOBODY at this company cares about your issues, not for a second!!! 😔😠🤬
The air-conditioning is too warm (and it gets horribly humid when there are lots of people), there is a constant lack of simple things like pulleys, lockers are crammed in on the 1st floor right next to a machine so you get interrupted, faulty machines take ages to repair, no adaptation for petite women (I'm 5.3'') as most machines are rigidly set up for tall people, suggestions for acquiring simple pads to allow women like me to use certain equipment were ignored, instructors are busy promoting themselves on Insta than actually helping, and finally, it's too overcrowded starting from 4pm. One time their front doors got locked up and instead of letting people through the fire escape, they got us to wait for a half an hour.
I diligently provided my feedback every month (you get email invites), with zero reply or improvements. So I simply left where I pay £5 extra per month but get much better service.
On a plus side, it's fairly clean and there is a variety of equipment. But this should be provided as standard in my view.
Overall, if you sign up to this gym, accept that you're just a number to them. And save your time, don't bother to reply to their requests for feedback!

The staff at this gym are really a credit to the brand. Super friendly, knowledgable and really helpful. A special shout out to Tom, Henry, Katie and Paige. They are always approachable, go above and beyond and they each give fantastic classes.

Ive been having pt session with katie for some time now and and i can say shes the best pt, because of her now i got huge bunda. She will push you to your limits,shell make a plan suited for you, and you will get the results. So hit her up rn!

Everything you need with nothing you don't. Well equipped, clean, safe and spacious. The fees are ridiculously low. Staff very friendly and really helpful.

At the age of 68 I thought it was about time I started to do some exercise as I noticed I was getting very inactive, I have had manual jobs over the years but hit with a spell of ill health and all I've been doing since retiring is a bit of Gardening and walking the dogs. So I decided to join a gym for the first time ever, The Gym Group offed the best deal, so I went and had a look I was shown around by Simon and given a detailed view of what was there it was more than I needed so I joined, a few days later I was given an induction by Paulina who went over the machines I wanted to use and gave me advice, Simon joined in and we went thru my medical conditions and every thing was OK. so I started training on the 14th of March this year. I have found this a great experience and have had help from the staff if I have a problem who are very pleasant and have time for you, I would recommend this gym.

I enrolled in the Huntingdon branch shortly after it opened in April last year. Due to my age, my old sports injuries and covid lockdown, I had not been to the gym for 4 years.
The manager Simon obviously had some concerns as to my health (I am 82 and probably the oldest one there, well someone has to be). He wrote down the problems I have due to the injuries and asked the deputy manager Paulina to offer and show me the training I needed and would be able to do, which I really appreciated. All the staff were aware and always very helpful and encouraging.
Unfortunately I lose time in attending due to chronic injuries with pain flare up. I attended a short program with Christina to help with my back and more recently Gavin who devised a special programme for me to train.
Due to some medication, my balance has become lousy having a problem taking a shower and dressing afterwards, so I use the disabled toilet/shower room.
The only beef I had was the usual changing room is quite tiny but,manageable.
The premises are really clean, if a machine breaks down it is repaired usually by the next day, even some members encourage me also, which is so important for me, as I remember how fit I used to be as a young man. However, the friendliness from so many helps also.
5 stars without a doubt. And a big thank you to Simon and staff.

The kit is always being looked after. Staff are very friendly, gym is kept tidy.

The classes are great - big variety and the trainers always make sure you’re doing the exercise correctly / can adapt them to suit your ability!

Is great gym with a great variety of equipment and classes for everyone, I joined back in August and have loved it ever since.
Have be having PT sessions with Chris from innovation fitness he has helped me loads with progress and goals. Would definitely recommend Chris and Page 💪

Chris and Paige are fabulous instructors that have always got a plan for the class as well as bringing a fun attitude to the gym

Excellent gym and friendly staff, love Christina and Ayrons classes. Have one to one with Christina who has been fantastic in helping me physically and mentally with on going back condition. Can’t recommend enough 😁
