Hey, just wanted to share my experience earlier. I arrived wanting to join and ended up standing outside for about 20 minutes with no staff coming to assist. After around 15 minutes, a member of staff finally showed up, but instead of helping, they just smoked right in front of me and told me the manager was in a meeting. No one offered to show me around or give any information. Honestly, it’s clear they don’t care about new customers at all. What a joke and such a poor way to treat people. I’ve decided I won’t be joining there.

Amazing I had so much help explaining the best work out for me shown how all the equipment works and what's best for me. I have had really bed experience in gyms in the passed but my anxiety was put to rest Alan Latham did a amazing job of helping me and talking me through everything.

Been twice, was a problem both tines entering, now I'm outside in the cold 4am and cannot make payment. Absolute waste of time space and energy..avoid this gym 1000%

The gym has everything you need but customer service is non-existent.

After being a member for 6 months, one day I was locked out of the gym with no explanation. I checked my bank and saw that they didn't take my monthly membership fee the previous day so I had to rejoin on the spot and pay the £10 joining fee on top of being switched to the new higher monthly rate.

I asked a member of staff and later emailed them about it but got no response

The Gym in Blackpool has some very strange characters i.e. members of this gym and although the staff and trainers are very good, it feels a lawless place, I have been in other locations and its similar however in 'high incident' town locations I feel there has to be a safer presence given by having more staff in the gym areas as it feels like I am training in somebody's living room. I have cancelled my membership.

The gym is very clean and well equipped with the latest gym machines, free weights and yoga area.

Great staff, great facilities. Highly recommended and free parking - bonus

The staff at this very accommodating gym are always available to assist you with any challenges you might be experiencing. The facility is nicely maintained and welcoming. The classes are usually amazing motivating, and enthusiastic ( even when it is really early!) and that is just what I need. Thank you particularly to Alan, my personal trainer. Without your inspiration and support, I couldn't do it!

The best gym been to classes are amazing Benny's classes are always spot on tough but she gives u 110 percent support through them always n such a great pt recommend highly

I've been at this gym off and on since it first opened but it's severely gone downhill over the past few months.

Firstly, there are no staff. I've seen countless people unable to enter the gym and the call button does not get answered, even if there is a member of staff in because they are training a client which I understand, the time is paid for, but it would not take 2 minutes to assist someone trying to use your facility. This is especially noticeable on a weekend which you would think is the best time to have staff in.

There are 4 multi-functional trainers + other cable areas and yet there are hardly any ropes/bars around for people to use during their workouts. Often times I've had to ask people if they are using equipment or am stucking waiting around for a rope so I can do one exercise.

The floor is uneven in the upstairs free weight area, noticeably near the free bench and the olympic deadlifting platforms start at 10kg bumper weight plates which forces new gym users to start compound lifts at 40kg, not everyone can do this. The free weight chest press has been out of use since before Christmas 2022.

Despite best efforts, the gym is not always clean and they seem to have removed most of the blue roll/spray bottle stations which is bizzare to me considering they have signs up saying "please clean equipment after use".

The only reason I continue to use this gym is because of the price plus the fact I am experienced and do not need assistance. I understand these changes cannot happen overnight but having observed the current state of this gym for the past 4 months or so, something needs to be changed

Before joining the gym I was nervous and panicked when going as i didn't know the equipment or exercises I needed to do to improve fitness and health, Hannah a PT there has helped me understand and get me on track to becoming a better me! Thank you! Everyone is helpful if I ever need to ask anything.

Visited the Blackpool gym today. I arrive before the car park is open. Where you park early is a construction site. There is no information in the gym where to.park.

The ladies toilet are all blocked and filthy and the water dispenser is as well

Overall disappointed how unclean it is not been to this ine for a few months really gone down in cleanliness

Emma wnd Alan how fantastic are they, always very helpful and friendly.
Always there to give advice if needed, they are both a credit to your company.

All the gym team are a great bunch...been my go to gym. Alan has been a great mentor and we are competing together in a 54 mile yomp..back to the gym ...great gym ..great team...can't knock it
