We had some issues with the new companies house requirement around personal ID codes, however Ed was on hand to assist and kept us fully updated.

This is my 3rd time using The formation company and I would highly recommend them.

Seven years ago when Formations helped G & G Partnership Limited to start up they included legal support on making business contract templates for us. Recently a new key customer needed to make significant changes to our standard terms and although the legal service was no longer available Formations did give critical advice albeit on a basis of not being liable for advice received. This was a WOW customer experience nonetheless and we wanted to thank Ed and others for the same day turnaround.

Laura and? Richard were absolutely charming, kind, helpful and very knowledgeable. They held my hand every step of the way verifying my id at companies house with the added difficulty that I live in the Isle of Man , unrecognised by gov. Uk etc. I’d spent 4hrs and shed a few tears of frustration until I happened upon your company. Thank goodness
