The absolute worst.
I booked 4 tickets for my family from Halifax to Calgary and back. Then I had to change the departure date for only 2 members of my family, but not the return date. They ended up booking me a new ONE WAY flight for those 2 members of my family and completely cancelled my return flight. I had to pay $625 for that one way ticket, which is fine since I wasn’t allowed to make any changers due to the Ultra Basic nature of my tickets. But they did NOT have to cancel my original return flight. They did not refund my money for the return ticket and they wanted me to pay another $1700 to purchase 2 tickets from Calgary back to Halifax. Again, They did not need to cancel my return ticket that I originally purchased but they did then they wanted me to pay $1700 to cover their mistake.
They offered me a “discount” to cover some of the cost of those tickets which should NEVER have been cancelled in the first place.
DO NOT EVER USE THOSE LOSERS, they have no idea what they’re doing.
Thank God, WestJet was able to fix their mistake.
There are many other booking places to use that are much better. These guys suck ROYALLY.

They're fake! After booking they call you needing twice as much money with some excuse that there was a website glitch. I tried them twice and had the same experience. Save time and aggravation and book your flight somewhere else.

It wasn't bored with him too be there and get me on the plane and that's what he did he showed up and made it happen

How can sky scanner offer their cheap prices if they are scam company?? Any person receive any flight ticket from them?

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS ORGANIZATION. THEY ARE CROOKS. THEIR 24 HR CANCELATION POLICY IS FRAUDULENT. THEY DO NOT HONOR IT.
RIPPED ME OFF. IF YOU EVER CANCEL WITHIN 24 HR POLICY MAKE SURE YOU WRITE IT IN AN EMAIL SO YOU HAVE PROOF OF DOING SO.

N'achetez pas de billets d'avions avec eux. À la dernière minutes 3 jours avant mon vol, j'ai appris que mon billet achèté il y a 1 mois à été canceller. Si je voulais partir avec le même vol, ce sera 3x le prix au début soit 4000$. Quelle arnaque!!!!

This is a scam ! They have listed the local toll free numbers for airlines as their own number . Such as local toll free number 1800 419 3044 in india for KLM is listed in Us as such ! So if you call using your Us number it will connect you to them ! They charged me 375 usd for a ticket change that had no ticket change few

Total scam. They have it listed as Trivago Flights. Making it appear as Trivago. At first it looks like a Trivago site and then redirects you to their site. You will receive a email stating something went wrong and customer support will call you. No one will call. When you call they will try and sell you a ticket for more.

This is a scam. Don’t use The Fare Masters because they are not honest nor trustworthy.

A complete scam. They posed as Delta Airlines and charged me $2952 to change a date on the ticket which did not happen.

SCAMMERS. Posed as United Airlines when i called to cancel a flight and charged me $850 to do so. Not once during the phone call did they ever announce themselves as a travel agent. They answered the phone as United Airlines

The Fare Masters is a scam. My Tel Aviv trip was cancelled by the tour group due to the war. Delta airlines assured us we would get a refund due to the war. Since I went through The Fare masters to get my airline ticket, they kept 1,600 and did not refund. Don’t use The Fare Masters because they are not honest nor trustworthy.
