Initially through Simon Alexander in customer service, and subsequently through Richard and Tiren during handover of my Cube Stereo ONE 77 at the Bristol branch. Excellent set-up advice, pitched at the right level, nice guys to deal with.

Very smooth transaction for a great bike at a great price

Bought an ebike online through these guys after extensive research of options (eg Halfords, local resellers etc). Can't complain about any stage of the process. I had a lovely email back and forth to narrow down my options and find the right frame for me and the guys were very flexible in terms of delivery options. Bike arrived far more in one piece than I was expecting! I assumed I would have to attach the handlebars and accessories but this had already been done - I just needed to put the quick release front wheel and the pedals on. Bike was well packaged with lots of bubblewrap, no scratches that I could see. I did have to fiddle about with aligning the brakes a bit but they may have been jostled about in transport. If I ever need another ebike I'll be sure to seek them out again but I'm hoping this one will be a long-laster :)

I recently purchased an electric bike online. Took TEBS 14 days to dispatch the bike, which was somewhat dissapointing, but okay. The bike itself looks nice and seems to be of good quality. Do keep in mind that some assembly is required, you’ll need to attach the handlebars, pedals, saddle, and also install the display/computer yourself. No tools for that provided.

Unfortunately, the delivery experience was a complete mess. On the scheduled delivery day, the bike simply didn’t arrive, and there was no communication at all. Waited whole day for nothing. After emailing them in the evening, I received a call next day that delivery would take place that day between 16:30 and 17:30. However, when I returned home from work around 12:00, I found the bike already delivered in a box, left in front of my door by the courier (DX).

Great product, but the delivery service was extremely disappointing.

My wife has been dreaming for an electric bike for a couple of years now.
I advised her to wait for the tech in batteries to be right.
So in late March we took a trip over to Nottingham to have a look at what they had.
We couldn't have had a nicer team of staff to advise and guide us in what would suit my wife's needs.
They hade a Cube Katmandu Hybrid One in stock but not made up, the team said give us a couple of hours and it will be ready for you to test, couldn't ask for more in customer service.
So we popped back and there it was all built and ready to go, she liked it so we purchased and then found we could get £200.00 of extras, well she was like a child in the sweetie shop, helmet, lock, inner tube, bag for the rack and a water bottle cage done.
Will be coming back for a bike for myself in due course.

The staff at the Bristol shop have been excellent during the whole process of buying my new bike, especially Tiren who took the time to make sure the bike I bought was the right one for me. I was super impressed with his knowledge of all the products available and his understanding of what I needed.

Very fair and genuine company. Generous with their time and advice. Highly recommend to all.

Ordered and got email confirmation on 27/03 but product still not arrived and no further delivery info provided despite emails with the company. I also completed a return form for another order on 27th and nothing heard about that since either. These are for panniers -thankfully, I bought my e- bike direct from Cube.

Item was not correct and did not fit. And the returns process is a nightmare.

I have collected my new Cube Touring Hybrid one ebike from Bristol today. It was great to have a test ride on a similar bike. The bike feels powerful and smooth on Bristol's many hills! I really appreciated the excellent service in the store and the time that was taken in adjusting the bike for me, as well as a really detailed explanation of all the features.

I am a loyal customer who spent £2,400 on a bike from this company in Dec, but my recent experience with their online support has been a disgrace.

I ordered a VanMoof rack on March 14th. Their own website states they aim to dispatch accessories the 'next working day,' yet my order sat for 9 days until I physically called them to chase it. When it finally arrived, it was the INCORRECT item. I was then told I had to pay for the return myself—a clear breach of the Consumer Rights Act for a retailer's error.

Worst of all, I initially agreed to an exchange, but only after I pushed for delivery times did 'Jason' admit there would be a further 10-14 day wait for the correct part. This was deliberately withheld during the initial negotiation despite knowing I needed it urgently for work.

I have now formally cancelled the order and requested a full refund, yet I am being ignored. No prepaid label has arrived 48 hours later. I’ve had to buy the part from a competitor. If a prepaid label and refund confirmation aren't in my inbox by the end of play, I will be initiating a bank chargeback. Shocking way to treat a loyal customer.

Frequent visitor to The Electric Bike Shop Bristol, since buying my first electric bike there about 5 years ago. We now go to get both our bikes serviced, and for advice on any Bike related issue that crop up. Rich is always very knowledgable and personable, and tailors his advice and recommendations to the cyclist in front of him. Rich and Tiren were both incredibly helpful when I came in earlier this week with a bad puncture, going over and above to get me back on the road quickly. Tiren even took the time to ease out an annoying squeak and advise me on future maintenance.

Communication and delivery were excellent. Unfortunately my legs were just a bit short for the bike so I had to return it. The shop was very supportive and gave excellent instructions on how to pack the bike. I'm now looking for another e-bike and hope that they'll be able to help me with finding a good folding bike for my short legs.

A great experience! Ethan gave us quality time explaining and answering questions re purchasing an electric hybrid bike.
Nothing was too much trouble and we didn't feel rushed or obliged to buy. It was a very relaxing experience.
We were able to test ride the bike and given plenty of tips on its various functions.

I Ordered a bike on the 24th February, the bike was shown as being in stock at the warehouse, I paid a deposit on the bike it’s now the 24th March I have know idea where the bike is or when I will get the bike, so not sure what being in stock means.The people at the bike shop have been done all they can.
