Always lovely products to tempt me with. Delivery is quick and prices are good. Nice to have a supplier where I can 100% trust the gemstones and precious metals are genuine.

A shame
To be fair - delivery was great, half the order was too. Sadly the most expensive part of the order was dire: chipped and cracked beads. One has to pay postage to return, I phoned to check, which is pretty poor, when item is sub-standard - imo. I buy a lot of beads and was hopeful for this new company, great selection and reviews are generally superb, but I’d really rather not pay, to return poor quality goods.

Hi there - I've just looked into this for you. You rang us asking to return some beads as you weren't happy with the quality. We gave you our address and said returns are at the cost of the customer which you accepted and the call ended. We didn't realise the beads were faulty or damaged (we sell beads in a number of different qualities/grades so had assumed you were looking for a higher quality of stone). Once we receive them back we will certainly refund you your postage if they are damaged, that is definitely our responsibility.
Perfect gemstones!
I was absolutely stunned when I received my first order from this shop! I have been shopping around for gemstones testing different sources for the quality/price. I am so happy I have found The Curious Gem. I have never received such beautiful stones and for such good price. No chips or scratches and every piece was of the same quality. I was surprised to receive perfectly matching stones when ordering 2pcs as this happens very rarely with other suppliers and is really frustrating. I am hoping this wasn't a pure luck, and they will keep their standards, because I am staying for good.
I also loved the packaging and clear informative labels for each item.
Their website has very good pictures and descriptions so you know what to expect and what you are paying for - it looks like they are selling exactly what they say they are.
The shipping was fast, faster than expected.

I have been so impressed with the curious gem. Ive recently started my own small business and they had so much of what I needed. Website is easy to use and to find the things you need.
I have used them2 or 3 times now, quite large orders, delivery is quick, really great quality and I've had no issues with any orders. Glad I found them!
I also LOVE that they use eco-friendly packaging
