There are lots of qualitative courses and training programs on the market, but unfortunately the long process of accreditation discouraged the providers to acreditate their courses. This was my case also, till now.

I first became aware of this company at my previous employer who are heavily involved in the Online eLearning and Training sector. Although I was aware of what CPD was prior to working for the company having personally completed a number of courses that were CPD accredited, I never really gave a second thought to the bodies that actually accredited the courses. As far as I knew before then, there was only accreditation body who certified CPD courses. Boy was I wrong! It turned out to be a minefield and steep learning curve for me.

With my previous employer having so many courses available, it was proving very expensive for them to get all their courses accredited individually with their then current CPD accreditation body when I started, along with other unnecessary added stress of unexpected fees which were causing complications when trying to scale the business.

One of my initial tasks when I started, along with a couple of the already established employees was to research and look into other CPD accreditation options available by speaking to people at each of the CPD accrediting bodies, providing then with ‘what-if’ scenarios and requesting quotes based on what our then current needs were and any potential extra expenses that may occur.

Once comparing all the Accreditation bodies, the CPD Accreditation Group stood out by a clear mile! They immediately saved the company quite literally thousands of pounds in set-up costs and potentially hundreds of thousands based on the long-term financial projections of the business.

Their customer service was second to none and they were always at the end of the phone and very responsive to emails and chat functionality in comparison to their competitors, all that being pre-sales and without us having yet committed to them to be our CPD accrediting provider. Needless to say that it wasn’t long before they gained the long-term business commitment and the business hasn’t looked back since.

The team at CPD Accreditation Group are extremely helpful and in particular I have great respect for Mick who simplified the whole CPD accreditation process for me which I had completely no experience of working in prior to this. Not one of their competitors could match the service or price structure that they offer. They are completely unique in that they are the only CPD body who can offer a national CPD register which helped improved the efficiency of the business by reducing unnecessary previous manual tasks for us and also the clients.

I no longer work for the company who the CPD Accreditation Group provide for nor am I within the online eLearning and Training field anymore, however the service and ongoing support received from Mick and the team was so outstanding that I felt it warranted a unbiased review. If ever I was to work for within the eLearning or Training sector again, I would immediately advise them to change their provider to the CPD Accreditation Group as their accreditation body. It’s a no-brainer - good service at a fraction of the cost of their competitors. I highly recommend them.
