A positive experience
I ordered a variety of small fragrance samples from the company. There is a good choice on the website which first drew me to it.
The goods arrived well packaged and the small spray bottles worked well. I already have some of the fragrances I ordered so I was confident that the product received was legit.
A good experience. I will order again.

Needed a travel sized colonge to take…
Needed a travel sized colonge to take on holiday, without spending a fortune.
I ordered Creed, Aventus & Tom Ford, Black Orchid (10ml).
I read some reviews before ordering, as wasn't 100% sure that these products would smell anything like the original.
The order turned up on time & well packaged.
I have a 100ml of Creed already and it smells exactly the same. The Tom Ford one smells really nice, but haven't tried it before so can't compare with the original.
Overall I'm happy with what I purchased and will definitely use again.

great service/communication
great service/communication and fast delivery, I received some very well packaged samples of exactly what I wanted to try, and I will probably buy again. The spray bottles were of good quality
It's a great idea to be able to buy smaller travel sized amounts of fragrances, instead of having to buy a lot of something that I wouldn't use that often and have it go off on the shelf, plus it makes it somewhat cheaper to build a collection :) my only criticism is would be nice if they had a wider choice

Partially fulfilled my order
You didn’t do well. I ordered for ysl myself edp along with LV Imagination. After some days they said ysl myself is not available with them. If something is not available in your stock then why to display them in website?

Besvarelse fra Cologne Collection
Hi Ankur,
Thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by the unavailability of the item you ordered. While we strive to keep our stock updated in real time, occasional discrepancies can occur due to high demand and the nature of decanting perfume.
We completely understand your frustration and are working on improving our inventory system to prevent such situations in the future.
We truly value your support and hope to serve you better next time!
Best,
