The Clutterless Company — unprofessional home organization service
I hired The Clutterless Company for a home organization and decluttering project, and it was one of the most disappointing professional experiences I’ve had. Communication was nearly nonexistent — after multiple unanswered messages, I had to cancel the project entirely.
Despite that, I was double-charged due to a “system glitch” and still haven’t been refunded. I paid for 16 hours of service and received only a 1.5-hour Zoom call instead of the two four-hour in-person sessions that were promised. Aside from a simple “blueprint,” no work was ever completed, yet they kept all of my money.
To make matters worse, I continued receiving automated invites for sessions that were never happening. When I asked for them to stop, the company’s representative responded with a rude and dismissive email — not the professionalism or client care you’d expect from any legitimate decluttering or home organization business.
This experience showed a total lack of transparency, reliability, and respect for clients. I strongly recommend avoiding The Clutterless Company if you value trust, integrity, and accountability in a professional organizer.
