I recently bought a necklase and I'm simply amazed with its quality, style and packing that arrived in. Each opening on that box felt so satisfying for some reason.

I have to give a special thanks to the customer service. I was in a rush and thanks to them I was able to sort out everything with ease and most importantly on time!

This store become one of my favorites.
Thank you!

10/10 service from Tony in customer services. Happened to get him both times when calling in to firstly return an item and confirm and upgrade delivery on new one. Tony went above and beyond which was awesome being my first purchase with them

Great customer service, and really beautiful necklace - so good to have chains in such a range of lengths (which meant I could get a length that was exactly right for a vintage pendant).
