I bought it for my husband, who is tricky to buy for. He took it out of the box, examined it, then made sure it fitted and the remarked, "yes it will do." Now he never says that! I was gobsmacked. He really really loves it!

Just received my desk pad from The British Belt Company (ordered through Not on the High Street site) and I am in LOVE with it!!! Its such a beautiful piece of leather and comes wrapped up in a printed canvas bag (its ALL about the packaging). You won't regret ordering from them.

My wife ordered a belt for me for Christmas - the belts are lovely, well packaged and well made. However the size was wrong and I completed the paperwork and returned the item a few weeks back asking for an exchange to a larger size. Nothing has arrived and this company don't respond to emails, facebook or pick up the phone. (just tried again now). Now have no belt at all....

The belt I received was scratched. I wrote to the customer service email listed on their website to ask to exchange the belt and received no response. It has been 7 days so now I am writing this review.
Other than arriving scratched, it is a nice belt. After following the instructions on the website for sizing I bought a size 40 and it is too large. I think a size 38 would be better. Just in case anyone else is buying one and unsure if what size to buy. I would like to exchange my belt if customer service would respond to me.

We are delighted with our belts. The leather is beautiful they are really comfortable to wear.
The first belt we ordered was too short and we found that we had to go up 4 inches rather than 2.
The orders were completed and delivered in very good time.

I placed an order with this firm for 3 belts and and a personalized leather card holder on December 17. I wanted to support a British firm, and British manufacturing jobs. I also wanted the package to arrive before January 1. 2021, due to new taxes and tariffs being imposed. Though the company didn´t respond for a few days (Friday,Saturday, Sunday) they fully lived up to my expectations both with regards to the quality of their products and with their delivery. I got my package well before January 1. 2021. I am very pleased with my purchase and overall with the customer service provided.

I liked the design of the Briony belt so much that I bought in black and in brown, and have not regretted it. The weave pattern is even more subtle than I thought, just a classy bit of interest to lift up a simple outfit. I'll wear this for years if not decades.

In early December I purchased a leather belt as a Christmas present for my boyfriend. The order and shipping process went smoothly, however I never received my belt.
I received a delivery confirmation from Royal Mail, but the item was never actually delivered to me, and have spent the past month speaking to RM to try to get this sorted.
RM did acknowledge their blame, and have agreed to reimburse TBBC if they claimed it, so I tried emailing and calling them about this, but no one has responded to my email or answered my calls.
I would very much like to either be refunded or sent a new belt, but at the moment it's looking like I'll have lost money on this purchase, and not had a present for my boyfriend.
Very disappointed with this experience, especially as I tried to find a quality, ethical leather goods provider and not default to M&S.

Beautiful belt and although £65 very happy with the quality . But I wouldn’t trust my reputation to Royal Mail . Arrived a day later than RM advised and couldn’t track on their app
