I initially ordered the wrong size not…
I initially ordered the wrong size not knowing that you are meant to order a size up from your actual waist size. So I sent the item back, forgetting to include the packing slip. However, the customer support was able to sort it out for me and I received my replacement quickly.
Overall the belt is great and the customer service was also great. Can't complain!

Lovely looking belt but..
Lovely looking belt. I bought the reversable Ridlington and the leather laminates have parted around the buckle. Needed to be super glued back together. I didn't return as easier to mend.

Delivery and quality were excellent
Delivery and quality were excellent. My only criticism is with the return system. I ordered to wrong size and don’t have a printer. It would have been a lot easier to have a return label included with the belt. However I do intend to order another belt from you and will be more careful about size and width this time

In regards to our returns system - you should have received an invoice inside your parcel with returns instructions on the back. There is information included there for those who do not own a printer. If you take this sheet to the post office with you, they will be able to scan the QR code on the sheet and print the label for you. We hope this helps and we do hope to see you online with us again soon.
