because your jacket did not fit and we could not replace because we sold out fast of the jackets you purchased and we have not had any complaints at all from all the other satisfied customers , and you advised you will return them 2 days ago only ! , we feel your review of poor customer service does not fit with this comment or the products . we replied every step of the way to all your emails which we consider as good customer service.

I'm amazed
Absolutely blown away buy this online store. At first I thought it was a fake site so did some research. I have to say my purchase was probably the best I've had in years. The goods were quality, I personally love the crosshatch brand and I would have normally paid around £120 for this first buy else where. I paid well under £50 inc delivery. Their customer service is also quick and friendly. Im sold, well done.
