What a scam! Just as the other reviewers, this is a cheap China store, with awful sizing. I started the return process but I am still not sure how much this is going to cost.

This site is a total scam!!! Same as others, I want to make a return and am being given the runaround. Making me offers, asking me to pay them to get a different size, etc. I really wish there was someone out there that could after these people. They’re disgusting individuals.

If I could give a -5 stars, I would. These people are not what they advertise online. It is a scam. I received the dress I bought but it doesn't look like the photo. The return policy is a joke and they offered me 30% refund and keep a dress I don't like. This is a company out of China, they are not "Claire and Olivia that own a boutique in a seaside town". If only I would have researched the company before I paid the money. Shame on me and from now on, I will fully research before purchasing.

I am experiencing the same thing. Craftly designed scam from China. Purchased a jacket whose sleeves came up to my elbows. Quality of a dress awful. Nothing like pictures and no storefront in the U.S. They also wanted photos etc, even of the mailing bag - What a scam. Don't purchase anything from FB posts ---live and learn. Disgusting

We have gone back and forth numerous times. They act like they want to help but they keep dragging out. At this point I don’t expect anything from them. All I got was cheap merchandise!

Wish I would of read the reviews. Terrible quality and customer service. Will not refund item like the website advertises.

Complete scam. It’s not a small boutique in Seaside FL, owned by two sisters named Claire and Olivia. The dress I ordered came directly from China (after a few weeks of waiting) and was not at all what the picture showed. It’s cheap, fraying edges, no tags, and exposed elastic on the inside. THEN the easy returns are not easy returns. They gave me the run-around and even tried to get me to send them more money to order another item instead of a return. Ha! I could go on and on but you get the point. Don’t order!

Terrible customer service. I received a dress and did not like the fabric or the quality . They make it impossible to return. They claim you have to return to China but yet they ship from San Diego. They won't issue a refund they try to convince you to exchange it. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT

Website states 100% satisfaction guarantee within 30 days, no questions asked. They had me send photos of the items and why I wanted to turn them. They said inaccurate website description or if you don’t like the quality it doesn’t qualify for a return. I’ve emailed several times back and forth with them. I purchased two dresses that stated they were made of cotton but they were a very cheap synthetic fabric. The stitching is off and looks nothing like the website. I’ve filed a dispute with my credit card. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Worst customer service I have ever had . Almost seems like a scam . They will not take returns . They ask for pictures and they don’t answer you back and just send an automated response that they want 3-4 pictures of the clothes . Horrible quality , got size xl when ordered small .. and they are closing if it’s even a legit clothing company . Do NOT order!!!Read others had same issue . Total SCAM !!!!!!!

I wish I'd read reviews before I purchased. Their web site makes it look as if product is shipped from the US, but (surprise) it's from China. So it took a while to get here. Got the delivery today, and I'm SO disappointed.
The sleeves are NOTHING like the original photo I saw online. The video showed sheer, flowing sleeves, which was NOT the case on the dress I received. It was supposed to be a layered, flowy dress, but it is a poorly-sewn, shapeless bag made of cheap material. It would not flatter ANYONE. A novice dressmaker could do a better job. I initiated a return immediately, and praying that it's not a quagmire.

Belmont Sisters are awful people. They say an easy return but then make you take photos of wearing the garment that didn't fit and then offered 15% return rather than the customer pay out the nose to send return to China. Horrible people. Liars.

They DO NOT return. I went back and forward for a week, they wanted pictures of the item on me!!!! Excuse me. I provided pics of item, original packaging etc. Then they wanted to send me another with me paying $10 shipping. First one was not what I wanted, why would I spend more for another! Then more nonsense and they finally stopped responding. DON'T BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Truly terrible clothing. Fabric and fit- nothing like the picture. And I would expect this from shown or a cheap Amazon store for 14 bucks but not $50

The garment that I received is nothing like the one advertised. It is very low quality fabric and there are no tags on the garment, and there was not a size on the plastic bag. The stitching is not even, looks like it was made in a big hurry with no care to detail. (I am a seamstress, I know!) I have tried to return the dress with no success in even getting a response from BellemontSisters. If you are thinking about ordering an item from this website please think twice!!! don't waste your money. I would give ZERO stars if I could. I notice that there are 2 email addresses, and it is very misleading THEbellemontsisters and Bellemontsisters. Beware!

Be very careful when ordering from this online store. They claim to have a great return policy and want you to be “ 100% satisfied “ however when trying to return 2 items they want pictures of you IN THE item! None of this is stated in their Terms of Service or Return Policy which I fully read before purchasing .They are located in Asia and wanted to send me another size and charge me an additional $10 when all I wanted to do was return my $100+ purchase.

I purchased a dress from The Bellemont Sisters expecting to receive a quality product from what appeared to be a U.S. boutique. Unfortunately, the dress was significantly larger than expected, and the material felt much lower quality than I anticipated for a $60 purchase.

I decided to return the dress and relied on the website's repeated promises of "Easy Returns" and its "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee," which states that if you are not completely satisfied, you can simply return your item in its original condition for a full refund, "no questions asked."

That was not my experience.

When I requested a return, I was asked to provide multiple photos, including a photo of myself wearing the dress, a close-up of the item, and a photo of the original shipping label or packaging. None of these requirements were disclosed in the published return policy. I was uncomfortable providing a photo of myself, and I had already discarded the plain plastic shipping mailer because I had no reason to believe it would be required for a return.

Rather than simply providing return instructions, I was encouraged to pay $10 to have another size shipped, and later offered a 10% refund if I kept the dress. It took several emails before the company acknowledged that I could proceed with a return.

I was also surprised to learn that the dress shipped from China and that returns are processed through a warehouse in Asia. Throughout our correspondence, I was repeatedly told that I had agreed to the company's Terms and Policies at checkout. However, after reviewing my checkout screen, I did not see any clear disclosure that the item would be shipping from China, that returns would be sent to Asia, or any obvious notice directing customers to terms explaining those requirements. The checkout page simply stated "Ships next business day," which gave me the impression I was purchasing from a U.S.-based boutique.

I was also disappointed that there were no written customer reviews available for this dress before I purchased it. The website only displayed star ratings, so there was no way to read other customers' comments about the fit, quality, or return experience.

My overall experience did not match the website's advertising of "Easy Returns" or a "30-Day Money-Back Guarantee" with "no questions asked." I believe customers should have clear, upfront information about where products are shipping from, where returns must be sent, and what the return process actually involves before making a purchase.

Clair, the owner refused to exchange or refund four dresses that I purchased. I received the dresses on June 17 and contacted them on June 19. Their website and their social media says easy 30 day returns as well as easy exchanges. When I spoke to Clair, she said it’s too expensive for them to take the dresses back that I should just keep them despite the fact none of them fit. They are cheap polyester and they were advertised to be 100% Cotton false ad advertising. She offered for me too. Keep the dresses and pay $40 to buy new ones. What? I told her I’m a senior. I told her she’s taking advantage of me and I told her she’s clearly not following the policies written right on her website. I contacted them immediately for an address for a return or exchange. She refused to give me one and only wants me to keep the dresses and pay more for an exchange. That’s appalling. I have had no less than 10 emails with her and she refuses to budge. I told her that I would not only be contacting my credit card company, but I would be posting on social what exactly happened and I have all the proof and all the emails. And I have also contacted my credit card company for their refusal to settle this by sending me my money back and giving me an address to return the crappy merchandise from China

This company is a scam website! Check online & find out what others are also saying: You'll receive nothing close to what you ordered, more like old, used, ugly leftover fabric (unlike their photos). Sizing is whatever they have leftover. They don't do returns like their website says. This deceitful company needs to be investigated & shut down! Let's make it happen!
