This was our first visit and certainly will be back .
I made an account with my email address and have since ordered beans online they were delivered very quickly . You also earn points which is a bonus .
We plan another visit soon as the aroma of coffee beans when you enter the shop is amazing.
We also purchased some cappuccino mugs so look forward to adding to our set .
They also do a coffee of the month
The coffee of the month was Kenya peaberry kisii estate .
And 2 of the beans are charity blends which are chas hospice and Scotland air ambulance which money is donated with every bag sold .
Five stars from me .

Great coffee, delivered as expected.

Great selection of coffee. Lovely helpful staff, who always have a smile for their customers - a pleasure to be able to support a local business.

Fantastic Beans!

Lovely selection of coffee, high quality and very tasty. Customer service excellent too. Delivery is always quick and good value. My favourite independent supplier, and while not a “big name”, I’ve been happily surprised to find their beans used across Scotland too!

Great coffee, which I've been buying from them every 2 weeks for the past 6 years. The quality and freshness of the roasting and the beans they use is the most important thing but the ordering process is slick and, given I favour just in time delivery, their delivery is 100% reliable too. Thanks also to my brilliant postie.

The staff are amazing - very helpful and nothing is too much bother. Highly recommend.

Prompt service and great coffee. I get the monthly special, so different every time.
One month, I got beans instead of ground. I phoned and they changed it the next day. Great service.

Excellent choice and helpful, friendly advice.

Been using for a long time, perfect product with fast delivery

Excellent product and as always reliable postage.

The Bean Shop is very efficient in dealing with orders and subscriptions and the coffee and tea are excellent. Also very friendly and helpful in person.

Great over the counter service from knowledgable staff, great delivery service and delicious coffee.

Ordered multiple times from here now and go for the gourmet blend. Fantastic flavour in every sip

Have been buying coffee from the Bean Shop since it first opened, in person while I worked in an office just down the same street and by mail since retiring a few years ago. The coffee is excellent and the staff are magnificent - very friendly and knowledgable.
