We offer FREE tickets to shows or events covering a wide variety of genres, from theatre to stand-up comedy; dance to cabaret and burlesque; classical music to modern concerts; family shows to talks and guided walks; LGBTQIA+ and more. There is something for everyone at The Audience Club. Our mission is to offer you lots of FREE shows all over London and your challenge is to fill the seats! We partner with amazing producers and event organisers looking to ensure a full audience for special events, press nights or simply quieter performances. In return, our members are asked to be discreet about their free tickets and to provide feedback for the show or experience they attended. Hundreds of shows or events are available for our members for free. Join today and pay just £5 for 12 months of access and forget about paying for a full-price ticket again! The Audience Club is passionate about supporting the Arts industry and has donated more than £270,000 to charities and counting! Audience club for anyone interested in all genres at a bargain price!
A great way to expand your viewing of theatre, comedy, music, film at a modest cost. It’s often short notice especially for the popular shows and you need to be quick! We’ve been members for 5 years now. I would definitely recommend it!

Audience Clubbing is Great
It is just great to have the opportunity to attend so many varied events. I have step outside my comfort zone many times thanks to the Club attending shows I would not naturally choose, and had a great time. The Audience club keeps one up-to-date with what is going on in London as there is so much to do. Booking is really easy.

The audience club has surpassed my…
The audience club has surpassed my hopes. Its emails and website gently update me on what's available, where, and when, and expose me to productions that maybe I wouldn't have leaned into.
It's supportive of the venues and ticket holders, and the admin has been hands-on when any difficulties have arisen.

Your Organisation is absolutely fantastic. I have the opportunity to see such wonderful Productions in the best seats for an incredible reduction in ticket prices.

The Audience Club is fantastic!
The Audience Club is a fantastic way of being able to see a wide variety of performances that I might not normally see. I've had the opportunity to discover new venues and to support and give feedback to other club members and to the productions. It has encouraged me to see more theatre, film, music and comedy, I am so glad I became a member.

Fine, but Ticketmaster has cheaper admin fees!
Website needs a redesign: but once you remember the section you need to head to is 'Book shows and events', then it's not too bad. I think the availability of shows has suffered as theatres become more adept at clearing unsold seats closer to the performance time, Today Tix, other services that compete with AC.
£5 admin fee per ticket, though? Looking at the listings and sell-outs - it seems a lot of money 'raised' daily to cover admin.

Thank you for your review and I'm sorry to hear you feel our service is only worthy of 2 stars.
Our website was updated last year and we are always working on ways to improve it, so thanks for your feedback on that.
You're also right that venues and ticket suppliers are using more and more ways to clear their unsold tickets, which is why we have also recently started offering discounted tickets in addition to 'free' seat filling tickets. However, our services are still valuable to hundreds of venues in and around London and we have many great shows on offer at any one time.
As for the admin fee, this is inclusive of VAT so per booking we only receive around £4. This goes towards the running fees of the club, the staff, the marketing, the IT, accounting fees, and all the other admin that goes on in the background to keep the club running and is very competitive, and consistent, when compared to other seat filling sites.
As you will also know, we offer free membership for Blue Light cardholders and regularly give to arts related charities and venues.
I hope you continue to enjoy your membership going forward.

Adding West End Show tickets at the same price as many other ticket sellers has made most audience club emails spam.

Thank you for your review. I believe you are referring to our partner site with TodayTix which offers West End shows.
This is a different website and service to our members only site, which offers free and heavily discounted tickets for fringe and off West End shows in and around London.
West End mailshots are sent out twice a week to members. Our seat filling mailshots go out 3 times per week on different days so as not to become too. Sometimes these are combined to kill 2 birds with 1 stone.
However, we appreciate your feedback and will look to keeping the two separate going forward.
We are pleased that you have been enjoying your membership though and hope you continue to do so.

This is an efficiently run operation, allowing access to experiment with attending different genres of performances affordably. The online service does what it says on the tinm, and on the very few times I have had to speak to a staff member my call has been dealt with politely and effectively.

I went to a marvellous afternoon song recital.
I went to a marvellous afternoon song recital in central London having booked two tickets with Audience Club. The seats allocated were excellent in this lovely venue. The staff there were most welcoming and extremely helpful.
Since joining in 2011 I have be so fortunate to attend numerous performances in many wonderful London venues and experienced a wide range of different operas and concerts bookings for which have been easy through Audience Club’s website.. On the few occasions when I have needed help or further advice either by phone or email their staff have been very quick to respond and most helpful
