The Outpost Anmeldelser

Best price on the market paired with exceptional customer service. Very happy with my experience and highly recommended.

Fantastic venue with friendly and welcoming staff and great food to boot! The staff are always friendly and willing to help or have a chat and are gamers themselves which makes all the difference.

My go to store for hobby and gaming orders. Bought online, and they were very helpful, shifting the shipping date to one where I knew I would be in. Very helpful.

As always a fantastic service from the team at The Outpost, kept informed all along the way on expected delivery and everything arrived on time.
Thank you!

Had never heard of The Outpost before (I'm a southerner) but they had exactly what I was after in stock. Made my first order for a Xmas gift for a relative. Next day (or so) I had a personal email from the team thanking me for the purchase and providing me with the tracking info, this was a very nice personal touch. Parcel arrived bang on time (if not early!) and was incredibly well packed and with some extra little goodies inside. I would 100% consider ordering my hobby bits from The Outpost after such a great experience. Thank you so much

Some of my order was out stock, Sasha kept me updated frequently so I knew what was happened. The whole experience was brilliant thanks very much.

Ordering was easy, communication excellent and delivered in good time.

Awesome service and great prices, always available for help and support

Great as always. Excellent communication with regards to order updates and delivery details.

Website is easy to navigate with a great range of products. Regular communications were sent about the status of the order and it arrived safely and well packed.

You are spoilt for choice at The Outpost.

Great selection and great customer service. It was really easy to navigate the website and place an order. Once my item was dispatched I received a dispatch email and an email from the Customer Service Team which I thought was a really nice touch. Also a very quick delivery time. We can't wait to make the journey to visit the shop and see the gaming area. Shout out to their Instagram because without it I would have missed out on good deals and good customer service.

There was a product I ordered that was actually out of stock and they reached out very quickly and resolved the issue. The website has a very large selection and I am overall very happy. My only gripe is not using Royal Mail for delivery as DPD are awful.

Great service quick delivery.
Fantasic customer service

Have used this a few times now and honestly can't fault the service, delivery and updates.
Keep up the great work

Recently used the Reload! service. Was easy to understand and they gave me a fair price and paid promptly. I had some issues with royal mail getting my parcel to them and they were patient and helpful the whole way through the process. 5/5

Could not have been better. Incredible helpful, lovely people who I'll be using a lot more going forward. Excellent service.

Really quick service, delivered with care!

My order was delivered quickly and as described. I'm always happy when I've ordered from them as my orders always get delivered as quickly as possible.

Wonderful Friendly Local Gaming Store - great communications - told me when things were due to be shipped and arrived quickly and when they said it would.
