Thankbox, is a simplistic and easy to use product!
It's slick and easy to digest UI, along with its varied range of ways to celebrate, make it a product that can be used to celebrate any occasion. Great work!

The website is straightforward and easy to understand. It fulfils the needs of the user quite easily, and for a very small fee, can be fully upgraded to have access to all sorts of media to fully express a variety of individuals' thoughts and feelings. I personally used Thankbox as a way to collect and send condolences to a mutual friend who I only knew online, but wanted to do something that was the equivalent of getting a cast signed or a giant sympathy card together. It worked out very well and I received no complaints from the various people I communicated with. All in all, this is a simple, straightforward website/application that gets the job done without issue. Not too much flair or bells and whistles, but I think that's for the best for accomplishing this kind of task. Thank you for making this kind of thing available online, easy, and accessible, the receiver was deeply touched and that's all I wanted to offer to them in this time when we can't be there for them physically.

Whilst I have no problem with Thankbox, as it's a really useful platform for collections, beware when redeeming for Mastercard gift card.

I redeemed my Thankbox gift for prepaid Mastercard,as at the time I was in the process of moving, and wanted to use monies for various items unknown at the time. The Mastercard had 12 months expiry which was fine at the time.

However, one of the more expensive items I purchased 6 months into duration of the card developed a fault after the cards expiry date. The item was returned to store but the refund could only be made to original card.

I could not have replacement just refund.

I have now been going round the world (UK, Australia and USA) to the different 3rd party funding platforms chasing my money. All of whom are unwilling to help find these funds. A says go to B, B says go to C and, yes you've guessed C says go to A.

6 weeks on and no resolution or anyone accepting responsibility.

A great service. We created a board of birthday messages for my son who is studying overseas. It made a lovely surprise for him to see so many messages from friends and family.

Thankbox was so easy to use and to forward to others to add their contribution to the card. It was also excellent value for money

I got a Thankbox retirement card and gift card and absolutely loved it. Loads of personal messages and memories, all in one place. The gift card was easy to redeem too. A really nice surprise — thank you!

The choices were varied and elegant. It was very easy to set up and send. And the price was reasonable.

I have never met a company that their customer service support have been soo unhelpful.
Their system is not customer friendly. If you can't figure something out they send all these clips on do this do that, and if it doesn't work they don't answer you. Whatever you do do not use thankbox they're terrible!!!

It was really easy to use thankbox and the help provided by the online system was really good.

Fantastic company, really lovely owners, and a brilliant product too! We use it to send messages, photos, little videos, and drawings from all the children to their class teacher. It’s so easy for everyone to log in and upload their own personal thanks and best wishes—something the teachers appreciate far more than any generic card.

Great site.
Always find this such a convenient way of sending thanks, gifts, etc for that special occasion. So time consuming trying to get people to sign a card or part with money.

Thankbox have made the process so user friendly. In minutes I had a card ready, a link copied and people starting to add their thanks immediately. I discovered they cover all occasions, happy or sad and a great range of cards and fonts. A lot from a small family business.
