I phoned Tesco Bank to deal with a possible fraudulent transaction on my account (worried that my credit card details had been obtained by fraudsters)
My call was answered quickly and the person l spoke to, dealt with the problem in a friendly, knowledgeable and professional manner.

Tesco staff is trained to avoid issues as quickly as possible and mager trained in such way that answer received manager will call you with in 48 hrs means most people don't rember so that that can get away with it

Terrible! Can’t withdraw money from saving account!
It’s terrible! Can’t withdraw money!!!
Opened an internet saver account 7 days ago (it’s not fixed saver, and it allows unlimited withdrawal anytime). When I tried to withdraw, there is no “withdraw” or “send money” button in the app. When I tried to use the web to withdraw, it keeps on saying “We are unable to complete your transactions. Please try again later.” There is no glue why it can’t be done!!!
So my money is locked?!
