Few things wrong. Staff had issues from the start! Rooms not functioning properly. Props already exposed as locking meconisum wasnt working. Asking for help was a real ball ache! They couldnt hear us.... Se mere

Yes it was busy but it is to be expected in the school holidays. We were able to access our lane early, Staff were polite, they cleaned in an orderly manner and the kids enjoyed the bowling.

I haven't been for a few years but think the transformation is great..play area for the toddlers, the interactive darts etc.

Good for the kids
Well run, clean, lots to do on a rainy easter holiday. Staff on soft play were exceptional, bar staff were very efficient and good. Bowling well run.

Easter ten pin bowling
We took four of our Grandchildren bowling with my daughter and the children had a great time! They loved taking pictures of themselves to show by their names. It was the first time the two small ones tried to bowl without the ramp and just the bumper bars. They did amazingly and everyone had a brilliant time. The staff were very helpful. Would definitely recommend it. They had lots of fun on the games and had a go at pool also.

The lane kept breaking we reported it 7 times but no one did anything, in the end they moved us to another lane . We had 4 kids who were getting very impatient so overall not good

It wasnt the best time it was very very busy the que to see where our lane was for bowling was really long when we got ot out lane it was full of rubbish an glasses we haf to move them ourselves we ordered food an drinks from the app drinks came but the food took ages to come an wasnt very nice

When I arrived with my 3 children the table in our lane was piled up with plates with food on from the previous bowlers and wasn't cleaned or taken away for 20 minutes.
After bowling we played pool and there was only a few cues that were ok , the others had no ends on them

What a mess
We arrived on time and waited for our drinks. 2 cokes, which were given in 2 plastic kids slush cups. The place was an absolute mess, food and glasses left everywhere. Clearly not enough staff on. Our lane was full of empty glasses and food trays. No one came to empty them. Customer's were all jammed waiting for their lanes to come available. We come tenpin regular and I must admit ive never seen it in such state.
