Our grandsons enjoyed a couple of hours bowling and beating there grandparents. Liked how easy it was to get food and drinks to enjoy during our bowling. Free parking is an added bonus

Very busy but no problems
We went on a Saturday and it was extremely busy, however that said, it was very well managed in there and the staff were attentive

Overall a good experience however there…
Overall a good experience however there was no cutlery given with the food. The bowling balls were getting stuck at the end and the screen crashed a few times

Had issues with bowling balls getting…
Had issues with bowling balls getting stuck and finding staff to fix issue.
Would have liked to have paid an hourly rate instead of a per game rate
And temperature in there is warm needs looking at air con etc

Good venue
Good venue, layout allows for multi-purpose entertainment and large groups can be catered for. Cleaning standards appeared good and we took part in 3 games of bowling which was adequately setup and offers an element of comfort and privacy where there is padded seating benches and a plexiglass screen divider between the neighboring lanes. Drinks perhaps a little pricey but convenient to have the food and drink available under one roof.

Rundown.
Balls were damaged. Lane bumpers didn't work and burger buns were stale but the kids had fun.

Lane 4 - lots of ball drift. Lane felt warped.
We were using lane 4. All of the participants thought the lane was poor. Bowls drifted quite substantially to the left or right. It really impacted the enjoyment of the game for everyone.
This drift had a significant impact regardless of how fast you bowled.

Slow services and rushed off our lane!
We had our 6 year old niece with us for our 1 year olds birthday. The bowling was great fun. Sadly we ordered food that took ages to come and the drinks never arrived. When we asked staff they said the orders weren’t coming through/printing from the app. Our game finished but we were still eating and drinking. Next thing a family arrived they had been put on our lane so we had to move! Very poor service when several other lanes were free - it is not like it was busy. We had to rush and it ruined the experience in all honesty. We are unlikely to return as a result.
