Held a party for my 7 year old and 8 of his friends. Ben was our party host and he was fantastic. Always on hand, informative and nothing ever seemed too much trouble, very helpful.
The facilities were great too. All staff were nice and friendly. Would recommend.

Like the customer service, but the timings are too short for the money.

The worst experience ever. kept on getting fouls as throwing it too hard and being a big lad i am quite strong but no hulk... had to get a refund but the ping pong/table tennis is worth going there for a hour

Cody was great and all the team were really welcoming and helpful. We had a few activities booked and we had a great time there, the escape room was so difficult!

Good service upon arrival, lane was ready and clean. Quickly got a drink and enjoyed our games of bowling followed by the great arcade experience.

Excellent customer service

The worker were very polite and got us to our lane very quickly. But we where next to a a group of young kids and they kept standing on our side so we would have to wait for them to move before we could take our turn and they spilt water on our side as well and just look at us and laughed. They had an adult there as well and they didn’t do anything about it either but other than that we had a great time and experience.

The escape room experience was good though the room was smallish compared to others we have done before elsewhere. The food on site was awful and overpriced - the very young staff at the cafe/bar were rude and not interested in serving customers. The mojito was simply ice and soda as they had "run out" of mint and lemon and yet did not bother to ask if we wanted something else. Did not even mention the missing ingredients until I raised it. The panini had a smear of pesto and hardly anything else in it!

Karaoke room was very good! Staff were lovely and we had a lot of fun with the wide selection of songs. Will definitely be back!

Parking was easy, the staff were lovely and the bowling experience was great.

The kids enjoyed their time in the arcade area aswell.

Due to a tech issue the screen for bowling didn't work so we had to go back and forth to the main till to get it sorted. We were booked on the £40 1 hour package and asked for a slight extension but were told that the system timed out the game by itself. Secondly, the margherita pizza arrived later (30 mins into the game slot) so the kids were not too happy. Overall the play experience is good but the issues stated need to be addressed for a better experience. Also the Large nacho meal had onion added to it when we had asked not to.

We waited for nearly thirty minutes for drinks. I went to the bar after 20 (I ordered online) but very few people were serving and some customers walked to the front and got served straight away. The food had arrived at this point, but my daughter was struggling to eat her burger without her drink. By the time we got drinks the food was cold and inedible. The lane then stopped working and although staff were quick initially to try and fix it they could not and said we'd need to be transferred to another lane. At this point we gave up and left as it was getting late and my daughter still needed to eat. There was no offer to return another time to play the game we had paid for.

Good clean facilities and the staff were very helpful.

After a disappointing cancellation of our original plans. We booked & made our way over to TenPin for a spot of Karaoke. What a fabulous idea. Fun was had by all. Swift instructions from friendly, helpful staff meant we were singing at the top of voices soon after arrival. Kids had great fun, great atmosphere will be back soon for another go ☺️☺️☺️

We took a school trip of 60 children to Tenpin MK. They had a fantastic time, staff were very helpful and the venue was perfect for the trip as well as the cost being very reasonable. Well will 100% be booking for next year!

**UPDATE** ONE MONTH LATER AND I'VE BEEN COMPLETELY IGNORED BY TENPIN CUSTOMER SERVICE DESPITE THEIR COMMENT BELOW..
So disappointed. I booked a Laser Tag Party for my little girl and 27 of her friends. When we got there we were told that some of the guns were broken so couldn't be used. We were offered for some of the kids to go and play bowling which obviously isn't acceptable for a kids party or to split the group into small groups and shorter sessions.. absolutely not ideal but there was no over choice. The kids went into the arena and i joined about 10 minutes in. There weren't split into smaller groups and some of them were trying to use guns that were broken! So there were upsets and frustrated children and it was absolute carnage in there with no control or instruction for the kids. The tables were set up incorrectly and we only have 2 tables when there should have been 4. We had to ask for additional seats, one table was given but no juice or water and still not enough seats so we had to try and find seats and squeeze the kids around tables. then the food came out, we were missing 4 kids meals which took an additional 25 minutes to come out after the others had finished there, so yet again more tears and upset from the kids. The guy on reception was exceptionally rude to my partner when he asked for some help as well. All in all not worth the £500 paid for a kids party and i think i deserve a partial refund. I will say that the lad serving the food was very polite and apologetic.

Mason was brilliant friendly, helpful and polite. Went on a mid week day and was nice and quiet with a few other groups so moce atmosphere. Place was clean, with plenty of bowling balls and pool tables free.

Marked down a star because the pool table kept breaking otherwise everything else was good.

Booking was okay, frustrating to be diverted to a separate website to book bowling when booking an escape room experience. But no drama.

Good to have free parking slots

The party was good for my 7 year old but sadly because of people playing next to us we ran out of time and the game ended when we hadn’t finished. They keep taking all the light balls and when asking staff for more they would bring one and ended up waiting a lot for a ball. Also group even let their children bowl on are lane and take one of the parties go. Feel the team could have controlled this more. Except for that the value for what you got was fantastic.

Great experience, grand kids had a good time ten bowling followed by the arcade.
