Great atmosphere
Great atmosphere, good food, played bowling, pool and some arcade games. Got to watch the football game while playing as well. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Would recommend and will definitely be returning!

We went for my son’s birthday and pre booked bowling. Customer service very poor from the manager. Some staff helpful, but took us half hour to get onto the lane :( plus no one was there so I don’t know why they were so slow at serving and getting our lane ready. Spoke to manager and she didn’t seem to care just said she would
Investigate. Ruined my son’s birthday at the start and we paid over a £100 for pre booking the bowling. Wouldn’t come back to do bowling again here now :(

Nice venue, poor service and disappointing party experience
We recently held my daughter’s birthday party here and, sadly, I can only give 1 star. The venue itself looks very nice, but apart from that, the experience was far below expectations.
The main issue was the staff. They were not polite or helpful at all. Almost every time we asked for something, the answer was simply “NO.” They seemed uninterested, unpleasant, and acted as though they did not care. Even when we spoke politely and said “please” and “thank you,” the response felt dismissive, with eye-rolling and an attitude that made us feel unwelcome.
Another big disappointment was the food. The pizza portions for the children were extremely small. Two tiny slices would not even be enough for a 5-year-old, let alone older children. We also had two extra invited children arrive without prior confirmation, so we immediately asked whether we could pay for extra bowling and food packages. We were told no. We then asked if we could at least buy extra food, and again the answer was NO. Eventually, we were told we could order adult pizzas, but only at 11:30, and that they would take another 30–40 minutes to arrive.
This left us in a very embarrassing situation when the children’s food arrived and there was clearly not enough to feed everyone, especially with the two extra children. I have never felt so embarrassed at a party. In the end, we ordered six adult pizzas, but they only arrived right at the end of the party.
Because of this, the cake was delayed while the children were eating the late pizzas, and unfortunately some children had to leave before the cake was served. That was especially upsetting, as no parent wants children leaving a birthday party without having cake.
There were also basic service issues, such as juice jars being left empty and not being refilled. Overall, the staff made no effort to help or find solutions. I have worked in hospitality myself, so I understand it can be stressful, but this level of service is not acceptable. In a children’s entertainment venue, staff should be FRIENDLY, WELCOMING, and HELPFUL.
The venue has potential because it does look nice, but the customer service was extremely poor and completely overshadowed the experience.

Great experience!
Our experience at Feltham Tenpin Bowling was great because of the staff members, particularly Sue. Everyone was helpful and friendly. The atmosphere was very good and the food was excellent, We ordered food online with our booking. I asked for the food to be served later on during our bowling session but it arrived earlier. Overall, a great experience.

Easter Break
Despite it being incredibly busy we were able to get a game of bowling in. As well as some food. However our drinks never came and I had to go up to the counter. My cocktail was all ice barely anything to drink.

Well offers we had didn’t work
Well offers we had didn’t work. When we got our lane the screen was cracked and we couldn’t see our names clearly. When complained they moved us to another lane and the lane floor was uneven. What can I say after all the refurbishment and money spent on sprucing the place up you could’ve sorted the bowling facilities out as that’s the main attraction.

My older son’s birthday
My older son playing pool and snooker with his dad and little brother on his birthday day. Almost played on all the arcades. He had his best time and a memorable day.

Not ten pin bowling anymore.
We take our additional needs daughter who is 46 years of age, bowling for her birthday. But the whole experience is for the very young. The noise levels from music & kids screeming is difficult to cope with. The kids run around out of control, which is an accident waiting to happen & anyone enjoys bowling thus is not the place to go. It's full of other games some of which are the start of getting kids hooked on gambling. So it just a place to generate cash & not a bowling ale.
