Great value for money as we took part…
Great value for money as we took part in the 2 games and a burger deal. We were a group of Young Adult Carers and we liked the fact that the music wasn't too loud so could enjoy conversations with the group. Everything ran smoothly and we all had a great time.

Technical problems
The service was good, but technical problems occurred several times during the bowling game, the system froze and in order to continue, we had to go to the reception to report the problem so that it could be fixed, in the end the system broke down again and we decided to just leave

Good ambience and game idea.. The event was organised well. Loved the goodie bag, although I thought each kid would get one😅. The kids had fun. Booking process was straightforward. More softer bowling ball options could have been useful.. Location accessible. Instructions at the start of the event could have been done in small groups, so the kids can understand better..

Great offer for 2 games in a tuesday…
Great offer for 2 games in a tuesday night. However Edinburgh fountain park needs to update advertising screens and website as missleading to be promoting 50% off drinks deals as part of deal and then told at bar not available as in Scotland due to the alcohol pricing rules

Great atmosphere - room for improvement
Great atmosphere, pretty cramped at lanes, not enough room to put jackets and bags down and have a seat between plays. not enough room for food and drink also. bowling balls need a revamp as all have chips in them. food was diabolical, cold on arrival to lane and very poor quality, wouldn't buy again. purchased food online whilst booking bowling and was told on arrival that I couldn't make any changes or swaps despite only having one option to purchase beef burgers online (was asking to swap to chicken burger or nuggets for 1 out of 6). place seemed understaffed, long waiting times and staff appeared overwhelmed and stressed. bowling was good cost wise, arcade was great fun with no wait times, plenty room and lighting for pool. toilets need to be checked more often. would return but will keep expectations low as there is room for improvement

A great party
We had a wonderful birthday party for our daughter and her friends.. The booking was easy and transparent. All arrangements were spot on and it was really nice to capture the participant details well ahead. Sean the host did a great job entertaining the kids..

Bowling was fine.
Ordered around £80 worth of food. Waited 45 minutes for it, only for the chicken to be completely cremated. Barely edible.
The rest was fine.

Great day out
Very clean establishment. Staff courteous and helpful tho would have liked a print out of games played as there were 25 of us and it was a competition.
We are surely entitled to a print out Originally told they do not do print outs then told sorry printer is broken
