First Visit
We really enjoyed the bowling and had a great experience. Not quite 5 stars overall though as after being served our food we were waiting a long time for our drinks (ordered at the same time as the food using the QR code on the table). Just a small thing really, but better to have been brought the drinks first or co-ordinated so they could have been brought out together. Would still return for the bowling though.

Bowling is good. Food is terrible
The bowling is fine, the laser quest is good, but the food is real really awful. We would not go back again and without doubt would not eat there.

The deal that are on every day are good . We came on a Thursday the bowling and drink deal is very good . Plus we have 2 games of darts what the family loved

Soft play area was 5*
My son played in the soft play area £4.50 for 2 hours, my son loved it he has asd too, there is a gate that a staff member has to unlock for children to get in and out, so added security for your child, we went when it was quiet so less chance of him getting out when other children were wanted to come out.

The overall experiance was ok but the food was not great at all we was told as part of the package our food would be delivered to our bowling lane which it wasn't we had to chase it after the bowling had finihsed.

I had a great experience it was my first time I couldn’t believe how much there was to do and how it catered for all age groups I think putting offers on really helps especially through the week a really good time was had from all the family

the staff and whole experience was amazing, first time coming, it was like coming into something from the future, I thought it looked like the odeon still from the outside but inside it transformed into a gaming heaven of bowling, darts, lazer quest, pool etc.

Needs serious improvement, more communication and staff training
Visited with my 9 year old daughter for father's day. This was booked by my daughters mother as a surprise for us both for fathers day. She paid £33 for 2 games online after been advised this was the best way to book when previously contacting when we arrived advertised is 2 games for £10 every Sunday. Not only was my ex wife over charged we were playing no longer than 20 minutes in total. I bought a round of drinks only for these to be removed by a member of staff 5 minutes after buying. When speaking to a manager I was shocked to be informed this is a regular occurrence and had already happened twice that day. I understand that you are a new business and staff are still learning however this is just rediculous.

Still young, hope it sticks around.
Of course there is some kinks to iron out but it had only been open a few days but overall a lovely experience. Lots of great offers and many activities to have a great day

Great afternoon.
Great soft play. My grandson is 3 and loved our afternoon at Tenpin. We also had a game of bowling and he had a go on a couple of the arcade games. He keeps asking for us to go again. Staff were friendly and helpful. Great location for us as it’s just around the corner. We will definitely return soon.
