Tenpin Acton lives on Royale Leisure Park, just off the A40 and minutes from Park Royal, Ealing and Shepherd's Bush — easy in by car or off the Central Line. With 32 bowling lanes and dynamic LED lighting, we're one of London's biggest bowling spots. Loud music. Big energy. Pins that don't stand a chance. And it's not just bowling. Extremely hot inside, poor service, poor customer service.
Extremely hot inside, no air conditioning. Faulty tenpin point calculator, software slow. All balls damaged.
Food really bad. No mayonnaise offered. Didn't want ketchup on burger. Fast food quality very bad, Luke warm, dry, poor taste. Next time I'll buy food outside.
Bad customer service. Paid £2 for pool game, no white ball or triangle to setup balls. Informed staff about the no white ball provided at pool table, didn't even resolve issue.
Ordered drinks ages ago, did not deliver to table, had to complain & wait at bar.
Very bad experience.

There was ample parking on site . The reception staff was friendly, also we didn’t have to wait to start our game .
Overall the atmosphere is very lively and it was a lovely afternoon out with my family.

Good value for money
Good value for money, had a meal (small burger and fries) and 2 games of bowling for £10. The staff were really friendly too

The cleanliness was very disappointing this time.
