Last fall I planted 3 Carolina spice bushes, 3 witch hazel bushes, 6 red twig dogwoods, some ferns, echinaceas, trilliums, jack-in-the-pulpits and some day lilies. They were all dormant until a couple... Se mere

All trees planted within 24 hours of arrival. All planted the same fashion with various amount of shade. So far only half of the 25 trees planted have shown signs of growth. Some in shade some in full sun but all with identical planting and watering. Many of the root systems looked poor or almost non-existent.

Thank you for your feedback. Bare-root trees naturally have fewer feeder roots than container-grown trees because those roots regenerate after planting. Different species—and even individual trees of the same species—can break dormancy at different times, so it is common for some to leaf out later than others. Every shipment includes a QR code with planting instructions and a scratch test to help determine whether dormant trees are alive.
Our wholesale orders are covered by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. After planting, growth depends on factors such as soil conditions, weather, watering, drainage, planting depth, and transplant shock.

My experience was great
My experience was great! Their website is straightforward, easy to navigate, and gave me a lot of helpful information about the plantings I need for my yard. I ordered one plant first to check the quality and height, and if it meets my expectations—which I’m confident it will—I’ll be ordering many more. Highly recommend!

I’m extremely happy with them and appreciate the quick response and support from you.
Will definitely recommend you to anyone wanting barefoot trees.

We're sorry to hear your hydrangeas did not perform as expected. Bare-root plants can establish at different rates, and survival after planting depends on factors such as soil conditions, watering, drainage, weather, planting depth, and transplant shock. Our wholesale orders are covered by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee, and every shipment includes a QR code with planting instructions to help ensure successful establishment.

We're sorry to hear this was your experience. During peak shipping seasons, processing times can be longer due to demand, and shipping time refers to carrier transit after an order leaves our nursery. We strive to respond to every customer inquiry, with AI assisting common questions while live team members review emails and answer phones Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM Central.
We appreciate your feedback and wish you the best.

We're sorry to hear you were disappointed. During our busy spring season, processing times may be longer than estimated due to high order volume. Our bare-root plants are shipped dormant, and every shipment includes a QR code with planting instructions and a scratch test to help determine whether dormant plants are alive upon arrival.
Our wholesale orders are covered by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee. After planting, factors such as weather, soil conditions, watering, drainage, planting depth, and transplant shock all influence establishment and long-term growth.

Bareroot mayapples
I order bareroot mayapples and all but one successfully grew, which was better than I expected! The roots were very healthy with obvious "eyes" and well packed. It seemed like there were a few extra in my bag as well :)
I was very impressed, I had purchased bare roots from another seller this year as well and things did not go nearly so well. I will definitely make note for the future that these are the roots to beat!

No Communication about delivery.
Gorgeous moss! But no communication about when I would receive it. After one month without hearing anything about my moss delivery, I called TN Wholesale Nursery. It took 3 calls to get someone on the phone. I was then told, “This is our busy season,” but still no date for delivery.” On fifth phone call, I was told, “I’m not sure what more we can do other than add it to rush delivery orders” I finally received the moss one month later. Great moss, but worst customer service ever!
