You need to think carefully about some of their questions, which is a good thing.

Besvarelse fra Tenminutewill
Thank you for your feedback.
We are sorry to hear that you feel that the cost of having your Will checked, corrected if required, printed, bound, and mailed to you by Royal Mail Special Delivery was too expensive.
Unfortunately by the time you contacted us - 2 full days after your order - the above-described package had already been processed and dispatched.
The price - and a description of what you'd be getting - was presented to you before you made payment, and also during the payment process.
We are curious as to why you proceeded, if you believed the cost to be excessive.

Thank you for your feedback.
We appreciate your concern, and would like to reassure you that the omission of punctuation is actually deliberate, common in the legal profession, and reduces the risk of ambiguity.
