Update 10/01/2020: I called the phone number in TelerainMD's response to the previous review. Another rude representative picked the call, lecturing me on how it's not their fault if the wrongly prescribed medication was expensive. While I was responding that it's not that the medicine was expensive but that it was not useful because the prescription was for treating another condition entirely, he hung up...
Wow! worst customer service ever!!!
Jordan from TelerainMD called back few minutes later and said the billing department will call me. This is day two after that conversation-no one has called me from TelerainMD.
TelerainMD, make good your word as written on your website!! I'm greatly dissatisfied with your service. Refund my subscription fee and remove my credit card from your monthly charge.
That's all!!. I don't need your business and don't have the time waiting on calls that will never come.
This experience is a total waste of time-very sad!!!

Saturday, September 13,2020:

I had a video call this afternoon with the Dr who said he will send a ketoconazole shampoo prescription to the pharmacy. At the pharmacy it was another medicated shampoo entirely that I was given. I called the TelerainMD managerial number and the best the guy that picked the call could say was ''there is nothing more we can do for you at this moment. Use the shampoo or if you don't believe in our treatment plan, see a Dr. in person''. Seriously!!,that is a 270 dollars worth of shampoo with instructions for use on a scalp dandruff which was not the condition the doctor diagnosed. It was a fungal skin infection and I'm supposed to use the shampoo on a scalp that is healthy???? Thank you for nothing, whoever you are that picked that call. We have our pediatrician alright, it's because they are booked till next week and my week is busy that I resolved to try this video consultation to get an early treatment for my son. We'll be seeing our pediatrician. Such a waste of my time and money!!! Worse decision ever.

Based out of the Philkipines and if you try to cancel your recurrent auto payment they tell you you have to pay 49 dollars to cancel. When I resisted this the girl on the phone (who hated saying it as much as I hated hearing it) said ok she wouldn't charge me. We will see.

My initial visit was fine. I got antibiotics for an infection. when my husband tried to use it for ed they said it was a lifestyle drug. So it wasn't of that much value to us.

Then the part that felt eerily like a scam or a high pressure sales tactic.

Horrible experience at this place. I paid 39.99 per month for for the service, and when I decide to cancel because they can not perform blood test, the company ask me to pay for another 30 dollars for cancel fee which was never mentioned anywhere I sign in. Also, after I cancel the service, they disabled my dash board before 1 month due day. Stay away from them!!!

I pay monthly I should be able as many times as I need it shouldn't be a limit a

They don't let you cancel and can't help with most medical problems.

Fairly easy process. Have used before. This time, only given one month of blood pressure meds instead of two.
