I bought a Fairphone from Tekshop247 in March 2024. It is faulty. Have spent the last 10 months corresponding with Fairphone to get it fixed. No joy. Emailed Tekshop 27/12/24 requesting refund. No reply. Resent email 18/1/25. No reply. Tried to phone them on 01254 926349. Line disconnected. Tried to phone them on 0333 300 1439. Line "temporarily unavailable" message. Have they gone out of business? Very frustrating. I need a fully working phone and don't have one.

Think this business has gone bust. Taken my money but no delivery of goods and now the website is down and landline is on answerphone

Please avoid this website AT ALL COSTS. Before i ordered on this website, i checked the reviews. I was thinking they wouldn't be a problem because of more positive reviews than negative. Save your time buying from Amazon, Ebay etc. or a more reputable company. I attempted to buy a UPS on this site. It said there was 6 available. As soon as i purchased one, non was no longer available and i got a status message in my email saying that its not available. They cancelled my order, now my funds are on hold. Very unreliable, very inconvenient. Save your time and your money by not purchasing anything from this website. Very horrible experience for me.

Great quality product.
The pole supplied with the monitor and desk clamps are very strong and of high quality which can easily hold heavy monitors.
The pole is also longer than most supplied by others so can easily hold 2 x 49” monitors without them overlapping.
You can also tighten the monitor clamps with your thumb as there is a lever to tighten rather than screws which is a great feature.
Everything was setup in 10 mins.

Still waiting for my order from February to even be dispatched. Emailed and called more times than I can count and completely ignored. Was advised in response to a previous review to email them which is a joke as I've done so many times, called multiple times and nothing... Avoid!

I ordered a PC monitor online on a Saturday evening. The monitor was despatched by Monday and I received it quicker than I expected. Delivery charges were reasonable and reflective of actual cost. Some companies were trying to take excess profits with high delivery charges.

Order cancelled without email notification, just on their website. My bank still shows transaction as pending reflecting on my available balance…

Need to wait for that to be resolved before I can buy new monitor on Amazon…
