I was browsing for ages looking for a new laptop on various websites and I found the perfect one for a very good deal so decided to buy from Technoworld. Absolutely fantastic service, they offered free delivery up to 7 days so I expected to have to wait a few days but it came almost exactly 24 hours after I ordered! The laptop is excellent and I wouldn't hesitate in buying from them again. First class!

Had a problem with delivery - the courier lost the parcel. Mark in Customer Services was great - proactively managed the problem and fixed it. it felt like someone cared and was actively working hard on my behalf. Can't ask for more than that.

Amazing Company delivering excellent service to consumers. Came here whilst searching for some business machines and once placed the order was contacted by customer services online to guide me to a different product which was better and cheaper. Spoke to Rajiv from sales a few times and the level of customer service was second to none. Would definitely recommend.

Ordered a monitor which was advertesed at a good price. Completed tracsaction with received order acknowledement, my account was debited. They then replied to say that it was not longer available at that price and would be £96 more! And also asked "Please confirm if you are comfortable proceeding with this order."
I declined and purchased elswhere with fantastic service.
My account has been refunded.
Under no circumstances would I use this company.

I ordered a Dell Monitor from here as it was slightly cheaper than other sites. I opted for free 5-7 day delivery and was therefore delighted when it arrived the next day. The monitor is great and I can't fault the service in this instance.

I have bought a Lenovo laptop 6th generation with 4GB RAM. It is very excellent! I like it very much. Thanks to Techno Wold.

I bought Asus tablet 2017 January and didn't want it as it was Windows not Android. When I wanted to return they told me there is deduction from the total price of 25% because of their policy.
It never happened to me in past that any company is not accepting return with 100% money refund.
DO NOT DO business with Technoworld. Crap.
