Can't remember the name of the guy but he was wearing a chain and had a couple of tattoos - was really helpful and on point - got my phone fixed quick without giving me any pointless flannel - very recommended place

Nice guys. Were very professional and a quick service.

The person who I asked for help, fully understood what I need, gave me answers before I asked and after showing me the options, left me to make up my mind. He was not pushy and then even reduced the price of the phone which was a bonus. On top of that as part of the service I got a free screen protector and cable. What's not to like?

Good first visit

I have been here twice in the last 6 months (I’m very clumsy) and on the first occasion they replaced my screen. It was done within the hour and they agreed to charge the reduced internet price. The second time my phone had been dropped in water and could not be revived. Unfortunately there wasn’t anything that could be done but instead of trying to charge me an arm and a leg for diagnostics and repairs they tried to get power to it to see if anything could be done. On concluding that there was nothing that could be done they didn’t charge me anything. The staff are helpful, courteous and fair. Totally recommend them and would definitely go back again (knowing me I’ll probably have to!). One more thing don’t bother with iSmash. They were going to take my phone for a week and charge me £80 before doing anything.

Excellent service. Good product. 2nd time changing battery here. Much better than other places.

I had problems charging my 2.5 year old iPhone SE and it seemed that the charging port was at fault so I booked a repair appointment for it to be replaced (about £33) but when I arrived I was told it may just need cleaning and they'd try that before replacing the port and, if so, it would only be £15.00. The latter proved to be the case - they could easily have taken advantage of the situation and charged me the higher amount. But they didn't. Good honest advice. Well done them! And the phone is working well again!

Got my iphone X screen changed, the person had said 1 hour and it was ready by then.
The person whom i dealt with was polite and freindly. Can definitely recommned the place to people.

Quick friendly service and of course best price!

The service was good unfortunately though the music being played was on the desk between customer and server making it difficult for me to hear the assistant as I am partially deaf.
