Wow. Excellent facility at the Cardiff track. All the staff were double friendly, super informative and also helpful. The track and karts were all in tip top shape.
Customer service was mustard, start to finish. From Scott who got us signed in to Tom, Lloyd and Grace who all were kind and attentative to my Boy. Never rushing and always explaining things clearly.
Well 💯 be returning customers. Real fun session. Made my son super smiley. Thank you so Much. Keep up the excellent work. 👏 ✌️ 👏

Booked in for a members event and was poorly staffed had to ask at the bar for a staff member to sign us in after standing there for 5-10 mins and not being acknowledged. Was not told they were running very late and was 50 mins late to getting on track.
Having been a few times now the Karts are very in consistent

I’m extremely sorry to say this, but our experience at this branch was incredibly disappointing – especially given how positive our visits to Watford, Acton, and Dunstable have been. At those locations we had no issues at all; in fact, the staff there encouraged us to race more and even presented us with extra offers.

This branch was the complete opposite. The staff were poor – disinterested, unprofessional, and more focused on their phones than running the session properly. Flags were wrongly used, and yellow flags meant absolutely nothing. Safety and race management were completely neglected.

We booked a party of 10, but additional people were randomly introduced into our race. Even worse, two of them didn’t attend the mandatory safety tutorial yet were still allowed to join our group. It honestly felt like rules were being bent for certain people – maybe “elite members” or just friends of the staff – which made the whole experience feel unfair and unsafe.

What should have been a fun, competitive day turned into frustration. Compared to the professionalism and enthusiasm we’ve consistently seen at other branches, this location was far below standard.

At first, I had a bad experience during my session as I felt unfairly stopped while the real issue wasn’t addressed. I raised my concern with the team, and I really appreciate how quickly they responded, apologised, and offered me a voucher. Mistakes can happen, but the way they handled it shows they care about their customers. I’m happy with the service and looking forward to coming back for a better experience.

Went for a members session. Booked in for the afternoon 342 session, the first session didn’t start till over an hour late. Didn’t hear any apologies for the inconvenience for info about them running behind. When on track was a good experience and staff were nice.

The toilets needs checking as they were a state too.

We didn’t have the best experience when we visited Teamsport Birmingham the other day as me and 6 others had booked a adult only racing session which when we arrived we found out that was a lie as our session had 6-7 Junior drivers with no karting experience whatsoever.It then took around 2 full laps under yellow flag conditions until the whole groups ( around 16 people) passed their braking test in the pits. When everyone completed this however, the session consisted of several red flags due to crashes by junior drivers with most of the laps being under yellow flag conditions; During this 1st session we had around 20-30 seconds under green flag conditions which was pretty much yellow flag speed due to the amount of drivers on track.This first session was terminated early by the trackside marshals which followed a brief to all drivers about why they ended the session etc. We were then promised an extended 2nd session which we had to wait 30 mins before we got called down to track again. This 2nd session ran way smoother due to all the junior drivers being pulled out of this session which left around 10 adults or teenagers on track. We all completed our brake tests during half a lap and got the green flag in rapid time. This green flag conditions carried on throughout the session with no red flags and a few small periods of yellow which is understandable. However when the chequered flag came out we all thought it was a short session. When we got back into our cars we added up the lap times and found out we were only on track for 11 mins which was supposed to be a “extended session”. I’m not usually one to complain but paying over £300 for a party of 7x17 year olds who most don’t have well paying jobs is a bit disappointing with the lack of racing we endured.

However, following my complaint i had a quick, understanding response from a very polite team member of teamsport birmingham who gave me and my party vouchers to come again at a later date. This quick response caused me to write this review as i have been to this venue before several times and have always been really impressed in the punctuality and quality of marshalling and how well they look after you and it was nice to be able to go back there after a very disappointing experience we had.
I definitely recommend teamsport Birmingham as it is one of the best tracks i have raced on before and the staff are great and very friendly.

Absolutely shocking Thursday night my daughter got kart 11 on 3 different occasions first time it ran out within 5 mins

2nd time you could physically see it going slow then speeding up she tried to refuse it the 3rd time and got told no because these was no other karts available how can things be competitive if you get the same rubbish kart 3 times in a row and the managers and staff know this.

This happens on a weekly basis if its not the battery packing in its wheels falling off or the likes don't think we've been a week without something happening.
can't wait for the new track to open at braehead.

Customer service was very efficient

Terrible experience here. Firstly, we arrived late and were told we had missed our go karting, although we were so disappointed and we accept it was our fault, we were pleased to be told we’d be refunded for that and to wait for our laser slot at 12:15. It reached 12:15 and nobody came, by 12:50 I went to find a member of staff who told us they were running late. She then accused of us drinking and they were deciding if we were allowed to play!!! When none of us had been drinking! The laser quest was extremely underwhelming after we eventually played after waiting and waiting. We’ve since returned and be informed by email that we are not being refunded. The staff are awful there, the service, the experience, would never go back.

Great fun and run by friendly helpful staff. Small delays due the hot weather causing problems with the batteries recharging but otherwise a good set up.

Very disappointed today at Preston. We have been before and enjoy the track. We turned up today after an hours drive and were told we would be on the lower track. The cars are slow and drifting which is definitely not what we had paid for. I was so bored I almost just drove back into the pit. The guy explained it was due to them being quiet and didn’t have a slot for us upstairs on the track we paid to be on. He told us that our complaint was a regular complaint by other customers. If you book online, make sure you call first to ensure that you are getting what you paid for. Wasted an afternoon and £100

Had a great time. Staff proper friendly good place to chill and have fun

All our timings were late even though we adhered to the exact rules and timings that we were told.
There was one lady working on the track, didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair in a pony tail, wow she really doesn’t have any customer service or personable skills. Instead she only communicated by screaming at the drivers, making gestures and moaning that silly mistakes were made, one example was a young lad walking a tiny bit into the pit lane because he thought he was being called to get in a cart. She screamed at him waved her arms about and then proceeded to moan to her colleagues.
She was constantly stopping the race and just ruined what should have been a really fun experience for my son’s 13th birthday. We 100% will not be going back!

Josh is amazing! Me and my daughter had the track to ourselves and he was enthusiastically encouraging us and showing us when we were getting fastest laps. After the session he even showed my daughter how to I.prove her lines on a couple of corners. Thanks Josh!

Big thanks to Joe at head office for helping arrange a small joke to play on my friend for his birthday. And a big shout out to the team at warrington that’s going to make it happen.

I provided feedback which had both positive and negative aspects. The response time was very fast and the customer service team dealt with the points I made quickly and professionally.

I have participated in differnt race locations and genuinely have had really good experiences in all except one. However after informing the Team about the issues via email, the Team responded quickly to resolve them and offered replacement vouchers.

Overpriced and extreme dangerous, I wouldn’t say it smile for money, for the amount you pay to the moment of actual track time you get after you finished having to stop start stop start stop stop, you might be lucky to get one nap where a suspended or red flag, it’ll be a miracle if you get one flying lap without somebody getting any anyway usually the younger kids, quite why you put kids and adult adults together I have no idea, that is the most dangerous you could imagine. Especially when the experience level is completely the opposite. Kids I’ve never done it before an experience Carters that have. My advice try the karting tracks. I know it’s not Silverstein but at least the Marshalls at Silverstone know what they’re doing the Marshalls here them don’t understand what they’re doing at all. In fact, some of them probably cause some of the accidents, whilst having a group of carts to effectively slow down in front of each other when you got more chance of an accident.
