Hey man - So sorry to hear your experience wasn’t great — we take that seriously.

We do offer a VIP program for traders seeking one-on-one mentorship. It’s priced to reflect the time and resources that go into delivering that level of support, but we totally get that it’s not for everyone. That’s why we also focus heavily on offering value through our standard programs — with detailed documentation, fast support response times, and regular training, which many traders have found helpful (as noted in our 4- and 5-star reviews).

As for being told to just “let it run,” that doesn’t align with our coaching philosophy. If that happened, it’s not acceptable — and I’ll personally make sure the team hears your feedback.

Regarding the copy trading, you're right — earlier this year was tough due to unexpected market moves tied to the Trump tariff announcements. But those who followed risk guidance and were eligible for insurance ended up breaking even (at worst) after receiving their insurance payouts— something few, if any, copy trading services would dare to offer, and if they did, I assure you they wouldn't follow through with it.

We operate on transparency, sustainability, and realistic expectations — not hype or shortcuts. I’m genuinely sorry things didn’t work out for you, and I wish you the best in your trading journey.

The program you joined—POW Copy—is a free, high-risk/high-reward copy trading program where traders mirror our master accounts. It’s not our primary recommendation. In fact, we strongly advise serious traders to license our software and tools to build their own diversified portfolios and algorithms tailored to their personal risk appetite and strategy. Gosh, not sure what to say here other than we are deeply sorry that this has been your experience. It truly is not up to par with the level of service we hold ourselves to providing to our members.

In chatting with the team internally, we have made some requests to offer one-on-one calls, despite your need to start on the lower level plan, however, those have gone un-responded to, so maybe you've just missed them, please have a look and get back to us so we can provide as much help as possible in getting this thing turned around.

Don't sweat the $500/mo, the idea of that is that the fee should be insignificant compared to the amount you are making month over month, and if you truly have not made a penny, we will pause any of those charges until this thing gets turned around.

All that said, please shoot us a DM, reach out to John, Michael or myself and let's get this thing sorted out one way or another, we are happy to find an amicable solution that resolves this for you, and we are really bummed that this has been your experience.

Sorry to read that you didn't like the experience of the call.

Over the years, we've honed in on the sorts of traders that join us who we can genuinely help and those that we can't - so this is part of our process to ensure that both parties are a fit for each other really and by default we ensure the community is also protected with only committed like minded people joining (we currently decline 55% of people before even getting to a call).
We want our members to be committed to get results - all we can offer is an invitation on what the right things for you to do are.

We're still reliable, reliable and very friendly with a thriving community and great coaches focusing on delivering the best experience we can to our members on the inside. But things change and improve and so therefore does the price and how the service is positioned.

Lifetime access to our tools and software isn't cheap and nor is the 1-2-1 coaching as part of it. We've invested heavily into our coaches been Level 4 certified Transformational Coaches to help piece the trading and other stuff together to ensure we can best help people get new results from new actions.

A simple EA you drag to a chart, load a set file and expect to live happily ever after without getting everything else around it right, simply won't work. It would be great if it did, but it's one small piece of a much larger pie.
