Bought the oolong on a whim and it might be the best tea I've ever had at home. Steeped it three times and each cup was different in a good way.

My sister got me a sampler from here for Christmas and I've been slowly working through all of them. The Cream Earl Grey Moonlight is probably my favorite so far but honestly none of them have been bad. I used to just drink whatever was on sale at the grocery store, but this is a total different experience. Already placed my own order for a full size of the earl grey and a couple others I want to try. Shipping was fast too.

I am a tea lover, and I can say that this is one of the best teas money can buy, definitely the best aroma.

Fast shipping, and the taste is amazing, will definetely order again.

It's been 9 days since I ordered and the tracking number they sent me isn't working. Zero response to any emails asking for details as to what's going on. One of the worst online experiences I've had with a merchant.

Bought a few different teas and they're all excellent, fresh and full of flavour. Fast delivery too, which is always a great plus.

I had an issue with a teapot, they dealt with it quickly and efficiently. Great customer service and great products.

Had to go through PayPal to actually get the tea sent! Ordered on 30th November, was emailed a tracking number that kept saying no information available. My first email to Tealyra received no reply. 2nd email to Tealyra received an apology and they claimed the courier had lost the parcel so they would re-send the tea. That was on 9th December. Tealyra claim the tea was resent on 10th, however the tracking WQ766770048GB which I kept looking up daily from 10th till 15th showed the courier was STILL waiting for the parcel to be scanned onto their network. As Tealyra had not replied to my 3rd or 4th emails, on Monday 15th I raised a PayPal dispute to request a refund. After that, on evening of Monday 15th the parcel appeared on the network and was delivered to me the following morning! The insulting part is that Tealyra, communicating via PayPal dispute, said I had already been told the tea had been resent and put the same tracking number as evidence...Yes I HAD been told the tea had been resent, but the whole point was it had NOT actually been resent as the tracking history proved. The 24 HR service did it's job. Once the courier ACTUALLY had the tea they delivered it swiftly. I used to use and love Tealyra in previous years. Luckily there are hundreds of other tea sellers for next time.

The company's support is non-existant. Despite showing as active on Instagram and Facebook, th ecompany did not respond to support via email, contact form, facebook message or telephone.
An order that supposedly was shipped never showed up at the shipping company.
