Good service, bad price
Good service - on time, convenient as someone not form the area and not wanting to spend an age searching for local taxi firms. However, the price was almost double what I paid for the same journey when I booked direct later. Beware!

Absolutely great ontime service
Absolutely great ontime service; we needed to be at a party, on time, so booked through Taxicode. Driver on outgoing journey, we couldn't fault, he was polite, helpful, and the car was beautiful. The return journey, by Hawk Express was just a usual taxi journey...less help, less everything, which, considering we'd paid over £20 for a 2ml journey, wasn't what we were expecting. I will use you again, but please use the same driver for each journey, and no Hawk Express...”

Driver did not turn up and did not inform me. I had to call and still have no written confirmation of the cancellation nor that I will be refunded.
Eventually I received an email apology - and refund.
Meanwhile I missed the funeral I was supposed to go to and had to ring round to find alternative transport
