Extremely disappointing. Stay away!
My experience with Tavora was extremely disappointing.
I contacted them regarding a problem with an expensive device. Instead of properly resolving the issue, the product was returned to me with the claim that it had been checked or repaired. However, the very first time I used it again, the same problem immediately reappeared. I have documented the whole process with multiple photos and videos.
What disappointed me the most was the lack of accountability and communication. Rather than taking responsibility and working towards a proper solution, my concerns were never genuinely addressed, and after several exchanges, they eventually stopped responding altogether. As a customer, being ignored after raising a legitimate issue is simply unacceptable.
For a premium-priced product, I expected a much higher level of customer service and professionalism. Tavora never provided a satisfactory resolution or even the courtesy of replying.
Good customer service doesn’t end once a product has been sold. Unfortunately, based on my experience, not only I cannot recommend this seller, but I urge consumers to stay away from any products or brands that Tavora represents.
