I had a problem with the delivery company DPD and my parcel went back. This was rectified immediately and the guys re-sent my delivery free of charge, straight away. Excellent customer service.

Delivery was on schedule but…
Delivery was on schedule but unfortunately all the soap fluid items had leaked slightly, packaged well so I can only assume it was the courier who has manhandled the parcel causing the spills, minor issue but had impacted the review, I did not inform the team at TES and it will not stop me using them in the future as their selection is extensive
