Very pathetic service. Delivery was quick but as I didn't liked the product so I have requested return pick-up but its been 5 days no once came to do the pick-up

I would give zero if I could. VERY BAD COMPANY AND BAD CUSTOMER CARE. They don't resolve issue just say it will resolve in 5-6 days and story continues. I returned two items and their pickup guy messed up something ..picked both items from me and refund got only for one. I called that guy and tatacliq same day. They told me that they have noted and will take care of it and I will get refund in 5-6 days and after 5-6days same thing and after three rounds of same reply, they want me to go and connect with pickup company get my stuff back and courier them again. This pickup company is their arrangement and my role is to handover my returned item to them.

Had a very bad experience with tatacliq they delivered me a wrong size product and his app show product is canceled when I complain regarding this they give me robotic reply please wait 2days in last 1 month very terrible experience worst site for shopping.my cloth worth 14000

N once we receive the product if the size doesn’t fit they don’t even give an exchange or return

The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had.
Completely untrustworthy platform, and even worse delivery partners.
Their delivery partner picked up my return shoes and then falsely marked it as “return disapproved due to missing tag” AFTER taking the product. Now the pickup was never properly reported, and I’m being told to chase the delivery company myself to recover my own item. TataCliq has completely washed their hands off the situation saying they have “no accountability.”
This is shocking for a brand of this scale.
And it doesn’t end there, I initiated a return for another pair of shoes, but they’ve processed it as a replacement instead. Now they’re sending the same product back, and by the time it arrives, the return window will be closed. So I’m stuck with something I don’t want.
Two back-to-back failures. Loss of over ₹12000. Zero ownership.
This feels less like customer service and more like a system designed to trap customers.
NEVER AGAIN will I shop here.

TataCliq customer care is unable to address inquiries regarding the non-delivery of orders.

In reference to my order number 142370807, which I placed on March 3rd and have yet to receive, I have sent an email to TataCliq and have not yet received a response.
Tatas, in general, present themselves as an honest company, but in reality, they are a company that does not hesitate to deceive its customers.

⭐ Very Poor Experience – No Resolution Even After 2+ Weeks

I had a very disappointing experience with Tata CLiQ Luxury, which I did not expect from a platform backed by the Tata brand.

I ordered a pair of shoes on 23rd February and received the delivery on 25th February. However, the size delivered was completely wrong. I had ordered size 10, but I received size 13.

I returned the product immediately on 26th February, expecting a quick replacement. Today is 12th March, and I still have no replacement, no clear update, and no proper response from their team.

I have called customer support many times, and every time I hear the same scripted response:
“We are raising a complaint and you will get an update in 3 days.”

Those 3 days never arrive, and no one seems to have any real information about my order. It feels like customers are just being pushed around with generic replies instead of actually solving the problem.

For a platform that markets itself as a luxury shopping experience, this level of service is unacceptable. Delivering the wrong product size and then taking more than two weeks without resolution shows a serious lack of accountability and customer care.

This experience has completely broken my trust in Tata CLiQ Luxury. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before ordering from here.

I ordered a Yonex Nanoflare 800 but received a Nanoflare 700. I proceeded to return it & reorder the 800. I received the same 700 model again. Shocking to see the level of inefficiency shown by such a large company. I now have to go through the full process of returning the same.

Delivery and Return time takes AGES. Sometimes it may be within time but return processing is very POOR. Ordered a blazer, and the item was faulty. Requested a return and uplaoded proof. The return pickup had happened, saying refund would take 3 days. It had been more than 8 days and no refund was processed. Raised a written complaint, for them to take it seriously. The next day they write back saying, refund will not be processed as it doesn't pass quality checks. Highly invalid because i have proof of receiving a faulty product to begin with. So they took the blazer and took my money with it, with no proper explanation. Deceiving and cheating customers like this is unacceptable. Doesn't deserve even a single star.

DONT EVER IN YOUR LIFE SHOP FROM THIS FRAUD APP FAKE APP AND FAKE PRODUCT DELIVERY

I purchased a bag which was delivered to me and I paid the money to bharatpe.80017 called pinki but neither Shadowfox delivery not tatackiq records show any delivery. I suspect I have been cheated with product.

Third class services....they have disabled my account for no specific reason. I had to no clue why my app is not working .. it just i tried keep logging and there no specific reason mentioned it seems a technical fault initially untill i called customer care n they told my account is inactive because there arw order cancellation or returns? Pretty bad experience with whole order service with tata ..no doubt the the brand tata is suffering now...

SCAM! Pathetic sevice. I received a broken old foundation and another wring item. Customer Service unwilling to return, replace or EVEN CONDUCT an equiry. I just revceived an email "Query Resolved!" DO NOT BURN MONEY on TATCLIQ

I have ordered jeans, approximately they took 10 - 12 days and then cancelled my order. This is really unacceptable since I have waited for my products very eagerly. I would highly never recommend this app to order your stuff.

Worst app. They take 3 plus working days in reverting on delivery issues. Saying that sat Sunday isnt functional. My point is if system is working on sat Sunday for taking orders it should also function for resolving customers queies /grievances on those days.

If you experience non-refund or unresolved complaints with Tata Cliq, please don’t ignore it.
File a complaint with the Consumer Court I’ve done the same.
When consumers use the legal system, even large organisations with unresolved and unfair practices are held accountable.

One of the worst places to buy perfumes from. I purchased a couple of high-end fragrances from TataCliq, and they don’t even last 30 minutes. Clearly, something is wrong with their storage and logistics. I tried explaining the issue to them and asked if they could check how the products were being stored, but their team had no understanding of perfumes and offered absolutely no solution
