Don’t believe the average rating on here!! I’m not one to write reviews but with this company I feel I have to so that others don’t get put through the same stress. To sum it up Tapcheck is the complete opposite of every good review that you’ll see on here. Don’t believe me, find out for yourself

It was great for the first 2 times I used it. The minute I signed up they already had my hours and everything, now my hours don't update. They said to reach out to my employer. I did. They are approving my hours and I even took a screenshot. After about a week they seemed to get it figured out and I was able to do another transfer but here we are again. Hours haven't updated for over a week. Constant emails back and forth and I'm waiting trying to get my pay so I can pay rent. I took the job I have because of the option to get paid daily but this is just ridiculous. It's not my employer it's this app and the waiting games and emails back and forth are just too much. I'm stressed and beyond frustrated.

Thank you Tapcheck for your services and my employer for offering them. I have been able to feed my family, pay for unexpected expenses, and even check my earnings with Tapcheck. My family and I have been able to fix our own problems without pleading to anyone else, and for that I will be forever grateful.

The app says it updates within an hour after a shift ends, and that may be true Monday through Thursday, but it has quit syncing on weekends and to me, it's bs. Not to mention that they charge you 4 dollars per withdrawal, even if you put it on their debit card. The customer service is awful. No real solutions, just regurgitated corporate script responses. I gave 2 stars for the days if actually works. Wish my company used DailyPay.

I'm using their app which has a major flaw. The balance keeps saying zero. This happened to me twice already and since it's a Saturday, calling them will not work, not a work day.

The app worked really well for the first few months and then turned to crap. The steps one has to go through just to change your password are ridiculous and good luck getting the biometrics to work.

If I could give a -5 star review I would, third time I have done instant transfer and it’s not showing up, can’t get a straight answer from any customer service representative. Worst company ever!!
