Tailormade Moves Anmeldelser

From beginning to end such a smooth and fast process! Joel and Innes did our viewing and were super helpful and great at showing us around.

Joel had been keeping us updated during the process and still now after having moved in checking up to make sure everything is good!

Would highly recommend Tailormade Moves and the lovely staff!

Tailormade moves were brilliant from
start to finish, very knowledgeable and professional (unlike some other estate agents in the area!)

Katherine was so friendly, very approachable, always quick at responding and would regularly check in with us.

The admin team / internal processes are very efficient and all staff I spoke to through the process were very helpful.

Would definitely recommend!

From viewing the flat, I had a great chat with the co-owner, forwarding on to being told we got offered the flat to picking up keys, it was a nice experience. Joel was very polite and helpful.

Thanks, Chris & Eleanor

fantastic experience. The entire process was incredibly efficient and straightforward from start to finish. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, and any questions I had were answered promptly. The staff were extremely helpful, professional, and made everything easy and stress-free. I truly appreciated their support and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent or manage a property.

We bought and sold with Tailor-made Move. Both transactions were perfectly smooth. The staff were friendly, helpful and professional. We were delighted that they even gave us a gift bag, with lots of useful stuff inside.

They are so professional and I highly recommend them

Tailormade found us new tenants and had the flat re-let in less than 1 month from start to finish which is a very impressive turnaround.

Thank you

Very helpful, good a keeping in touch, very professional

Good communication, helpful advice snd an excellent service. Thank you!

I've been a tennant under this company for a few years now in two separate houses.

After my last landlord sold up the house I was renting, the team at Tailormade found me a suitable rental instantly and made sure our transition into the new place was fast, fluid and as problem free as possible.

I'm extremely grateful for how caring this company is for it's clients, as what could have been an extremely stressful situation, turned into a seamless move to a brand new property.

I would 100% recommend this company to anyone in need of a rental or purchasing their own home.

Thanks again, and keep up the fantastic work you all do!

From initially contacting them till completion they were always very helpful and knowledgeable on how we should go about marketing our property. Emma and the team were always available when needed making the sale of our property an easy transaction. We couldn't recommend them more highly, if we had to move again I would certainly use them again.

Many thanks
A Goldie

Hello all.

Until recently I was a renting tenant with Tailormade moves for around 5 years and I honestly cannot thank them enough for help, guidance and support they provided during that time. Everything from when we first moved into the property, to help with getting a new boiler and shower installed, to support with the ending of my tenancy, Talormade Moves helped me with it all through those years. Every member of staff I spoke to was warm, friendly and willing to help.

Thank you all and I would recommend Talormade Moves for any property needs for everyone in the Highlands.

Excellent friendly and very knowledgeable service . Louise was excellent at the viewing and nothing was too much bother . Laura was excellent in the office very attentive and kept me up to date with everything . A very smooth and troublesome buying experience at this stressful time .

Where do we even start? From the moment we found our new home Emma and the team at Tailor Made Moves went above and beyond to facilitate not just the purchase but the sale of our house. Communication was clear from the offset, advise and general guidance as well as a good few chin wags in between! Not that I am in a hurry to move again, but I wouldn’t hesitate to use TMM in the future. Superb service and really lovely people to deal with.

From a price point, I found this very reasonable. When you breakdown how much time and effort goes into the sale of your home, admin hours, photos etc - it’s excellent value for money.

Our house sold fast, however, I still feel the efforts to market the house were there. They turned the schedules round very quickly, the house was online within a week of discussion and sold within 6 days of being online. The team at TMM were quick at responding to potential buyers - this being proven in the house selling so fast.

In regards to our purchase - a smooth and easy transaction.

We feel so grateful - thank you just doesn’t seem a big enough word to express our gratitude!

I liked the service provided by them, but there was issues in the house when first looked into and pointed to agent. We were told it will get fixed.. But now we have bought the house and we were told they can't do anything..
