A couple of days after placing my…
A couple of days after placing my order, I had to e-mail TackleDirect to see why my reel had not yet shipped. I believe that it had been overlooked and was told that i should have it in a couple of days. However, I did not receive it until 4 days later as it arrived via standard shipping.
As far as the quality of the reel I would give it 5 stars.

Quality or an Algorithm game ? You decide.
I guess they say this is QC, if we want to call it that.
I see it more as a way to get you to post something about this.
If we wouldn't had gotten the order, we would let everyone know about that.
Here we received a notice about an order a month or more later, checking if they did send it and we have it. ?
If its QC, looks like they A. don't know if they shipped it and have internal invoice issues, or B. its a ploy to get a post for the posting numbers game driven by the algorithms.
Quit wasting everyone's time with the activity of the algorithm games so that you look so great on the faked up and faked out web OK
When a business is doing good.
A. It is streamlined and responsive and doesn't waste its time and money on the redundant.
B. Its making more money by not doing any of the above.(RE: saving on redundant labor)
C. if a business is bad or no good or not operated right.
D. It wont be around long, it will put itself out of business.
E. because its focused on so called posts and algorithms and not focused on its own productivity.

You would be surprised how many customers we have assisted due to these reviews, where customers have forgotten about their orders, or did not provide any feedback (positive or negative) previously. We read every single review, and make changes accordingly to provide the best experience possible for all of our customers. we are looking for honest reviews, and we certainly do what we can to make anything that did not go as planned right. Since we have been in business since 1997 and still going strong, we don't have plans of going away anytime soon.
