Second time for a service/check up at Audi Sytner, overall experience is good. Customer service on phone could be better as you can never actually call someone, you have to leave a message and pray they call you back when you can answer. Other than that, I always had a nice experience with Anoop who always made the effort and sent above and beyond to help. I tried phoning Audi for a AC check and unsurprisingly couldn’t reach them. Emailed Anoop who swiftly resolved the booking. Great experience and customer service by him.

The reception of the vehicle was well organised and structured. The representative in charge of my vehicle (Manveer) was courteous and helpful. I was kept briefed of the vehicles status. At the end the car was brought round and I was advised I could leave. MOT and other documents were handed over.

Efficient and speedy welcome and car drop off. Comfortable waiting area. Friendly and efficient customer service.

Excellent service from the team at West London Audi, the reception girls and Daniel the service rep were very professional!

Car went in for an oil service and an MoT. The engine light was on and this was diagnosed as needing a new AFC pipe (or something similar). The part was not in stock and as the car was under warranty this needed approval from Audi. This process took over a week to complete. Little in the way of communication. App doesn’t work properly and telephone only answered occasionally by a real person. There was not sense of urgency. When I visited West London Audi to complain the manager was unavailable!

Always a smooth checking in process, with a free coffee. Daniel was welcoming, polite and informative, confirming what work would be done and running through possible additions, and their costs. A phone call from him in the afternoon with an estimated time for completion gave me ample time to get back to WLAudi. Check out was equally straightforward and after a short wait, the car was waiting at the exit.

The staff are professional and Nitesh Varsani who I dealt with in the Service Department was very helpful, he explained everything they had done to the car and it was a quick turnaround a pleasure to deal with this company

I am writing to express my deepest and most sincere gratitude for the exceptional service and support I received from the team at Audi West London recently regarding my two-tone white Audi A1 with the black roof.

Although I purchased my brand new car from another Audi dealership, the outstanding care I received from Audi West London has exceeded all my expectations and earned my complete trust. Even though the another Audi dealership is just 5 minutes away from where I live, I would now gladly choose to drive an hour to Audi West London instead. This team has officially become my absolute number one choice for all my future automotive needs.

I collected this car at the end of January. Perhaps to others, these car issues might seem small, but as the very first car I have ever personally owned in my life, and my first car here in the UK, it meant a lot to me. Before this, I only drove family or shared cars in another country, so this brand-new Audi brought a whole new sense of personal responsibility.

Unfortunately, a series of unexpected issues happened just a month later, starting from mid-March, including the tyre, the wheel alloy, and some marks on the roof. I had been feeling anxious and stressed, constantly struggling to find the right people who could actually help me. It was a very frustrating few months until I finally knocked on the door of Audi West London.

Finding this team was an absolute lifesaver. To be honest, I was a bit worried and hesitant at the beginning due to my past experiences elsewhere. However, the incredible professionalism, warmth, and reassurance this team provided completely changed that. They built such a strong sense of trust that, in the end, I felt entirely comfortable and completely at peace handing my car keys over to them. I knew my beloved first car was in the safest hands.

• And most importantly, a special thank you to Gareth, the Head of the team. It is clearly because of his exceptional leadership and guidance that this whole process was coordinated so seamlessly. Thank you for the professional advice and for instructing the team to look after my car so beautifully.

This experience was nothing short of amazing. They did not just fix my car, they saved my peace of mind.
